I myself am a huge fan of Xbox 360. Yes, I know you have to pay for Xbox live. Thats probably why Playstation network isn't as good!

I would have to say 360, even through I just sold it for a acoustic guiter and a Atari 2600 :D

there is basically no difference between them, apart from xbox you have to pay for live which is slightly better, and has better exclusives.

PS3 you can use more as an entertainment system, it supports bluray, free, wireless internet, but is slightly more expensive.

PS3's are slightly more durable.

Yea but looking around video game stores for ps3 titles it seems like they don't make nearly as many games as they do on ps3 as the 360. There just now starting to catch up a bit but years ago it was terrible. 

I have both systems. the downside to xbox360 is the price of xbox live. but xbox gets crackdown and other games that don't come out for the ps3.

i like the ps3 for gran turismo and ratchet and clank games.

It comes down to personal preference really. Having played all three, I infinitely prefer the ps3.

It's quiet and has a bluray player which is perfect for me, as I use it for films half the time.

The only decent exclusive ps3 games are MGS and Gran Turismo, and undoubtedly the xbox has a wider selection of games - but the majority of blockbusters are released on both so that doesn't bother me tbh.

And I've yet to be convinced that xbox live is significantly better than psn to the degree that it's worth paying for.

For me it has to be the PC...  Not exactly the most reliable if you don't have a good system but it will do everything a XBOX and PS3 can do and more!  A much larger array of games, more online capabilities, Entertainment possibilities are endless. From home cinemas to social networking.

All in all, a PC has to be the greatest system of all time...

PS3 for me my bro has a 360 and dont like it as much but the biggest reason is i cant stand the 360 controllers big bricks with analogue sticks i cant use for s**t

Id have to go with 360. It is just a personal preference, but playing both ps3 and 360 I can say that 360 has better gameplay and story lines for games while ps3 just  seems to have better graphics.
