I would love to make this thread look a lot longer and more worth the forum space, but there's not really much I can say.

It's in my opinion, that the online list should be in order of rank and then the dated the user started.

Example,
If I start on December 1st and my friend started on December 2nd, I would be in front of him on the online list, even if he was Made Man and I was still a Gangster ..

However, what if ..

You move up on the online list depending on rank as well?

I don't like this, many benefits come with being a higher rank or a 'made guy' and these are translated in the game.

However, let's remember that in reality, many mobsters held a great deal of respect and seniority not because of their rank, rather their age or the amount of time they'd been in the business. I like the 60 seconds list, it reflects that.

I have to agree with Branston on this one as if you were a earner who had been around for say 10 years you are going to get more respect than some wise guy who has onlyy been around for like 1 year. Although maybe once you get consig up this applies as there are some consig older than godfathers and I'm pretty sure godfathers would get more respect.

I like the rank idea, but maybe we do it so it goes in order of rank and how long you have been that rank. So a respect thing, if you have been Capo for a week and another person who is older then you but has only just received the rank of Capo. You would be in front of him in the listings...

e.g. Person A| Person B| King Kong

Person A may be younger but he has had his position longer so he demands more respect, Person B has only just received this rank and starting to play with the big boys now. While King Kong is still Made man and a total loser at the bottom.

I can't forsee any situation where an earner who's been one for 11 months would have more respect that a 3 day old MM. made is made after all, and your button is everything.

I agree 100% with GibberingAssassin here. 60 Second list based on Rank, then age.

Curly Humphreys was a welsh born mobster who acted as Capone's 'Consigliere' of sorts. Because he wasn't full sicilian, he wasn't eligible to be made. Yet, after Capone went away and Nitti assumed the figurehead position of the crew, Humphreys still took a bigger percentage of kick ups than Nitti.

There's one situation for you. I'm happy to pull out dozens more if you wish.

Whilst I agree there after situations to the contrary, we can pretty much conclude they are exceptions rather than the norm. It is also not really applicable to our world, where it is possible for everyone to achieve every rank.

And Branston, i was talking about within the confines of the game, not real life, as we all know the game is a lot different from real life.

What order is this list in? I thought it was just random?

I think it is units... Not sure, but I think it's rank+units.

I thought it was rank+how old you are like oldest at the front but maybe prophet's right

Leaders list goes on Rank and seniority (units) So two capos, one with 34 units and one with 32 units, the 34 is above the 32.
