Lately I have noticed Tylers huge recruitment drive and he has done well and I'm not swayed by the magical weekend camping trip we had where we sat and held hands by the fire and songs well I might be just don't judge he's very charming sometimes! My suggestion is bring back witness statements for made and up its the least we can do to acknowledge Tyler has made an effort My apologies in advance if this was already addressed |

Witness statements for NPC Made and up, yeah? How does that help the player base? Why are we trying to give Tyler any acknowledgment in his "efforts". Just curious to see the reasoning behind it. |

It's the polite way in my mind of suggesting that a blanket turn a blind eye to killing be limited to npc made and up gangsters come and go but getting a button is important so finding a way of who is the culprit important And obviously it's to do with who's a badass killer |

+1 Even though they are NPC, they ARE Made+, so their deaths wouldn't go unnoticed right? It's a very small number of WS to go out, just not sure how easily code-able it would be. |

Well if you want to go that root, why don't you just make Tyler shoot the offenders of killing his Made+? Why a witness statement? You're not going to tell Tyler what you saw. |

Here's the issue. When Squishy came up with the original suggestion here, it was stated several times that it'd stick after the regime was downed, and now, the majority of them are gone. So, now to reverse or change it is very unethical. Aside that, Indubitably, you shared in that previous thread that you were all for it and never shared the Made Man or above concept until now that the majority of the regime has moved on. So I'm absolutely not in favor of this change. HOWEVER... I am for the change that the top three; Tyler, Marla, and Robert release WS'. Only because of the fact it's a huge bragging right since they're tied to the top tier guns. So if someone wants to brag and be ballsy about those shots, then sure, it comes at the risk of a WS being released for ONLY those three. I'd agree with that, wholeheartedly. |

| Those are good points raised about it being unethical to do a switch like that I didn't take that into account, the bragging rights though of the top tier ones is a nice idea | |
