After a long day of dealing guns in Philly, and being sexually harassed by Lunara (is it really sexual harassment if it's wanted? *shrugs*) Mandy decides she wants to say a few words to the masses. She had been thinking about this for awhile, and finally worked up the courage to brave public speaking. If only she could manage to not throw up in her mouth with everyone looking at her she'll be fine.

"Where would we be without mentors and teachers? A lot of us would be dead before our ears were wet behind them. A good mentor can help you learn not only the basics, but also all the other subtle nuances that make this thing of ours really great. I really think it's a thankless job.

My question to you all is who is your mentor, and what made/makes them great in your eyes? This is your chance to give them the credit they deserve, and may just put a smile on their face as well."

"I'll start with my mentor @Lunara. I wouldn't be here without her. She took me from some snot nosed kid failing to rob post offices to the woman I am today. While I admit I haven't accomplished much yet, I would be nothing if it wasn't for her and her extensive patience. Thank you.

I look forward to hearing some stories of great mentors and teacher."

Finding the speech of many interesting Cletus went and did some research in his ancestors journals to look up mentors of their own bloodline and where his cut throat instinct came from. After find a series of names jumped out at them they got in their car and went back to the place where @ManyMammories gave her speech to respond.

The mentors who really took our ancestors under their wing and taught us what we know would be the bloodlines of Goku, EA, Eepster, Silk, Spike, Vazzi, and RideTheLightning.  All of them kind of shaped and molded our bloodline in their own ways and helped in different areas but I'd never have stayed on these shores if it weren't for each of them so a big thank you to them as well as you for this speech. 

Before heading out Cletus reaches in his pockets and gives the lady some cash for her time and then proceeds to get in his car. 

Scotland was my mentor. What a shiiiite job she did. My family still doesn't understand what the hell is going on....Jorah slowly stopped talking as saliva started to collect under his tongue and his eyes followed Mandy's bosoms rotating. 

"Thank you Mister Kasady for your tip, and for the contribution to my speech. Luckily the tip got to me, you wrote Many on the letter and not Mandy, good thing you got the address correct." Mandy giggles. "Seriously though it sounds like you had an army of people to help you along. That's something great to hear. It seems to me like they did a fine job sir."

Mandy smiles at him, and looks around for anyone else looking to step up and speak.

I apologize for the spelling mistake on the envelope it was one of those late nights at the headquarters guess I'm still a little groggy. I was very fortunate indeed to have to so many established people have a part in helping me get my footing around here. 

I was my own mentor. Self-taught, self-created, self-employed, the triple threat if you will.

Unstoppable. Crafted for perfection. Sometimes killed by rogues and drunks. My family line has been bred to be the best, and that's all I've got to say about that. Short and to the point, elite. Just a few of the words that describe me, I'd go on further but I don't want to sound like I'm gloating about my lack of imperfections, which of course, is one of the many well-known things about me.

There was a saying one of my family members once created, "Don't lose. Be great." and I listened exceptionally well to that. To this day, I never lose and am always great -- it's honestly a wonderful, yet simple motto to live by, you should all try it. The first step in life is the first of many unless of course you're like me and don't enjoy walking, not sure what that has to do with the rest of this conversation but I felt like throwing it out there as a quick aside. I'm also an Aquarius. 

Anyways, I've kept this brief, I'm proud of myself, just another skill of mine to add to the list. You're welcome for my answer. But, if you'd really like to know about my many plethoras of skills, I could list them all of you; I was once called panther-like in my prowess, and an elderly lady had gone on note to mention that I am one of the most good looking individuals she had ever seen, and I'm pretty sure she wasn't blind although she may have been my grandmother.

• Honestly, just imagine a hawk but as a person and that's me but with cheetah legs.

Just a few things to mention here, I'm also nearly six foot three inches which is very tall if you're curious. My calves are so powerful I could crack a walnut with them, so are most of my other muscles if we're being fair here; I'm a natural bred nut cracker. Listen, I'm not trying to sell you on me here, just letting you all know why I'm so great. I don't need validation or anything, but if you agree that I'm pretty cool you could send me a message to let me know? Would be funny. Heh.

Leonidas stepped up after everyone else had and held a slight frown upon his face. As he thought back throughout the time he and his family shared over the years, one person really stood out.

My family first migrated to these shores some....four or so years ago. Not as old as some, but I can say that we've been around the block a time or two. When we first got off the boat, we came across a man by the name of Denam. Kind he was, and fairly knowledgable about this world. He took me in at a time most people weren't taking chances on people. Showed me what was what, and who was who. How to play the game in general, but also how important the politics were. Never asked me for anything, but always helped me out in any way I needed. This was under RasAlGhul, who I also have much respect for. Another one of the mentors from way back when. 

I recently found a descendant of Denam's in recent weeks. A man named Cato. Sadly, he has taken his own life. I do hope that one day another of his children find their way to me so we can recount the bond we shared. 

PaleRider was very helpful way back when..  - The country is much more healthier when mentors step up and show kindness to newcomers.. I think this topic was a great Idea Mandy, and for that, I tip my cap to you. :)
