Eusebio, followed by MR_AC and MissMelody, walks out of his newly purchased headquarters and onto the streets. Eusebio feels the need to address the mafia community about his leadership in Chicago.

This opputunity was given to me by Godfather Gwarble and I appreciate his intentions to let me set up my own family when no one else wanted to give me the chance.I have a couple plans in mind that need tweaking before being placed. I also need to speak with Hickey about some of them so we are on the same page, but you will see them once they are finalized. I plan on taking Chicago to a new level, it will prosper once again. Casinos will be built on dead lots, and the business district will be popping with the best food and beer in town. So I can't wait to get knee deep in the plans I have for Chicago!
