If you see a + sign that means for every $100K you bet you will win that amount, so for example, Celta Vigo +125, if you bet $300K you will win +125 x 3 = $375,000.

If you see a - sign that means for every $100K you are trying to win you ahve to be that amount, so for example, Espanyol -150, if you want to win $100K you would be $150K, if you want to win $200K you would bet $300K (150 x 2) etc.
