Good evening ladies and gentlemen,

As we all know, the economy has taken a heavy hit and most of us are feeling it in some way or another. The wars of the past few weeks have set a lot of us back to a point where we are seeing the likes of begging become quite the annoying practice. We are not common gypsies in New York so I wouldn't want to hear of any New Yorkers going around begging for cash from mafiosa. It doesn't reflect well on yourself or our city. Now not all cities are in the same boat as us, it is fair to say New York took an almighty hammering so we now must look for new ways ways to bring back the boom and thriving markets many of our bloodlines have been used to for so long. But at the same time, whilst doing this I want us to try to set a new standard in the way we run our families and control the flow of business in the city.

There is one thing I love more than getting paid whilst sitting on my fine arse by my crime families that work in New York City and that's getting paid some more by crime families that work elsewhere. So I have decided.

Taxing every individual out there a fat sum of $5,000,000 to enter New York weekly.

I'm just kidding but the look on all your faces has given me a giggle. No really, my interests are elsewhere, New Orleans more specifically. I am putting into motion a plan of action to put a small number of eager, money making men into this city, which will remain under my control. I don't want any Tom, Dick or Harry going in though, I want fine New Yorkers who have been brought up under our traditions to head there and take a better look at what this city could offer me.

So I have decided that there will be an opportunity for the ambitious button men amongst my New York elite to head to New Orleans to make a life of their own. Now a grand don't come for free in this life so I'm going to want to see a little of the action being kicked up to myself of course, but the amount I take per week is the business of the people heading out there and mine alone. That said, the move to New Orleans for these fresh auths is a mutually profitable excursion and I feel that some order is in need of restoration within this currently empty city and my men are the ones to fulfill the return of organized crime into the city.

As long as my pockets are kept lined, the families in New Orleans are free to run their families day to day how they wish, within reason. I am confident that this selection of leaders from within my own ranks will run excellent families and reinstall life into the Big Easy, and I'm looking forward to taking a back row seat and allowing the city to blossom under the control of these families. As I stated previously, this city is still under my control, but the families within it are independent of the Lions Den. This means that the decisions they make and rules they uphold are their own, but I will not hesitate to remind the leaders of New Orleans that they are still liable to be removed from the city at my discretion, but I believe it will not come to that.

Whether those who head out to The Big Easy choose to work together and keep my bank balance happy or duke it out for their own personal gain is entirely up to them. But take into consideration that I have made some massive strides in the last few weeks and I wouldn't want to be forced to have one or more of my unethical associates heading down there to clean up any possibilities of a riot. The number of families allowed to venture forth and attempt a shot at making it there will be decided as we go along. If one of those leaders running in New Orleans should meet his or her maker in an untimely fashion, he or she will be replaced most likely that very same day. This does not mean that they are fair game to any trigger-happy goombas with nothing else better to do, because for every life lost is a loss in profit for this venture and remember, this is my business and I would hate to lose an investment without a good reason or enough cash to over compensate for any unforeseeable losses.

With that said, the first few additions to enter New Orleans are, Squire, Sc0pe_D0pe and Magua. Wishing you three the best of luck in an unforgiving world though full of opportunities. Grab em with both hands fellas.

George walks up with a smirk on his face hearing the news. He turns to each man and hands each there own individual cigar box. There is even one for TheDean, BGJ knew better then to leave him out of the festivities.

I know you guys would love to find these boxes are lined with cash, but unfortunately I've given you know some of the finest cigars New York can buy. They are my parting gift and a big thanks for all you did to help RoRoG and I with our family. I wish you the best of luck all of you. I've gotten a chance to work with all of you. It was short and sweet.

Oh, Yea! Almost forgot.

I got personalized cigar cutters with the Yankees symbol just incase you forget who has the best baseball team in the country.

George hands out the cutters and shakes each individuals hand before talking with TheDean and others.

Congratulations to all 3 of you gentlemen. I hope to see good things come from the three of you.

Anti pulls out carved wooden boxes filled with money and passes it to the three of you. Boston thanks for picking up the cigars I thought id make a tribute aswell.

Raimondo takes a couple of drags off his cigarette, then turns to TheDean.

"Good evening sir, I have a few comments to your idea of rebuilding and investing your members in the Big Easy if you don't mind of course?"

"First of all, I would love to say how impressed I am with your fresh idea, quite a new one though it's a bit similar to some we have seen before."

Raimondo takes another drag of his cigarette before he continues

"Second of all, If you don't mind me quoting you sir, at one point you said: "

This does not mean that they are fair game to any trigger-happy goombas with nothing else better to do, because for every life lost is a loss in profit for this venture and remember, this is my business and I would hate to lose an investment without a good reason or enough cash to over compensate for any unforeseeable losses.

"Can you clarify that if someone decided to kill one of your investments but had the financial footing to compensate your loss, you would be satisfied with that? Please correct me if I was wrong, I am not twisting your words but this is merely how i interpreted it. Thank you very much sir."

"Finally congratulations to the 3 lucky gentlemen who got the honor of rebuilding the Big Easy.

Raimondo takes one last drag off the cigarette before he throws it away and lights another.

Diablos looks at TheDean and smiles.

"TheDean, I must say that this is a fantastic idea. Instead of just sending in someone to take over the city and lead it right away you send in three younger people in our world to work together to build the city together. Such a great Idea and I can't wait to see what New Orleans brings to this world of ours."

Diablos turns his attention to the 3 young men.

"I want to congratulate all three of you and wish you all the best of luck in your new adventure."

Diablos looks at OhhCrap.

"Just like you then. Just like you. Now go crawl back into your box as you're gonna have to get used to one soon enough."

Diablos smiles and walks away.

I think it's good to see these creative auth techniques being used across the country.  it's an innovative way to get the US back up to speed and back to business as usual.  Bravo.

Its a pleasure to see some New York blood being sent to an empty city to take over the crime industry and get things regulated..

I personally always hate to see a city sit around empty.. the streets and buildings don't get maintained, income is lost and criminals roam the streets freely selling drugs on the corner while we don't get our cut!

Money is tight these days.. well unless you own a casino.. as that industry seems to be having no issue taking my dough!

Laughs a little bit and squints his eyes at the only casino currently being operated in the nation

Good luck to the NY guys and be safe.. and buy a casino.
