Walking off the plane that has just arrived in The Big Easy, Sc0pe_D0pe is greeted by Squire as well as Magua. Shaking hand's the gentlemen proceed to the long black limo on the tarmac. Looking to Squire who has a rather large smile on his face Sc0pe looks him in the eye.

"What's with the smile?" Sc0pe askes.

Cutting in Magua says. "It is time, my friend."

As the limo drives through downtown New Orleans Sc0pe looks out the window at the buildings. Workers are hanging from scaffolding fixing windows, masonry, and pulling bullets from the walls. Thinking to himself Sc0pe couldn't imagine how horrible the bloodstains would be to get out. Tapping Sc0pe on the shoulder Squire looks him in the eyes.

"We've arrived." As the car comes to a stop Sc0pe opens his door and steps out with his bodyguard William close by. Squire, Magua, and Sc0pe are greeted by TheDean as well as quite a few button men from New York. Smiles from ear to ear as they shake hands Sc0pe turns to the gatherers in front of the newly erected building.

"Greetings everyone, on behalf of New York and New Orleans I would like to greet you with open arms."

Trying to focus on the speech he had prepared Sc0pe looks at Magua and Squire who both have smiles on their faces.

"Today is a great day for New Orleans, New York, but most of all Cosa Nostra. We three have been given the opportunity to rebuild the great city of New Orleans. Alongside of Squire and Magua I fully believe we will succeed in the rebuild of New Orleans."

Smiling as TheDean hands him the keys to his new headquarters Sc0pe turns to the crowd.

"We look forward to seeing you here in New Orleans, I present without further a due. The Frumpy Pigskins!"

Congrats my friend I know you will do a great job and I look forward to working with you.

Walks up and shakes Sc0pe_D0pe's hand.

I hope you do a great job for New York in rebuilding New Orleans and I wish you all the best and look forward to what you have in store for the city.
