It was yet another busy day in the Downtown, Detroit area with JoeKing and the other leaders working hard to build up the city from the old owners. Tearing down the fences that kept those who paid in and outsiders out, with new buildings going up every month it seemed. Things were looking pretty good, especially in The Roman Empire headquarters.

Hearing as Riley was called to the headquarters, it seemed rather odd. He was unsure of what to expect as he was currently out helping Dubliner shoo away the homeless that kept breaking into under-construction homes in a neighborhood a few blocks out. Heading back to the headquarters, he greeted Lecter and God as he walked by them, feeling the breeze of the nice air-conditioning push up against his face. Moving towards the back, where JoeKing had his office, he stopped by RiccyT's desk and looked over at him; he was cleaning his two pistols he loved to carry around,

"Is the boss in?" Riley said, raising his hand to rub his chin.

"Yeah, he has the lights off again, he really likes it dark in there, I guess," RiccyT said slowly, focusing primarily on those two pistols of his.

Riley nodded his head as he proceeded to walk past RiccyT's desk and head down the dimly lit hallway, knocking on JoeKing's office door with a few of his bodyguards standing outside that didn't seem to react when Riley walked up to them. He heard a loud crash; it sounded like Joe ran into something. A few moments later, the door opened, and Joe stood there signaling for Riley to come in.

They both sat in their appropriate spots at JoeKing's desk, Riley glancing around noticing how it was dark and the windows shades seemed to be close, it was nearly pitch black.

"I heard you called me in, is someone a problem around here? Another homeless man needs roughin'?"

JoeKing nodded from left to right slowly as he said, "No, no, enough of those homeless have gotten beaten up today. We're doing great here Riley, but it seems that our city here needs another leader."

Riley raised his eyebrow at him while JoeKing continued to say, "I firmly believe it is time for you to start up something of your own." Before Riley could let out another word, a set of keys was thrown at him except, he didn't catch it, and it landed in his lap as he continued to stare at JoeKing.

"I... I don't know what to say boss except, thank you for this opportunity!" Riley quickly rose, trying to shake his hand, but they couldn't really see each other so JoeKing, in a frustrated manner, hits the light switch and then the exchange of handshakes begins between the two.

"Go make me proud, Riley. Continue to build up what we have already started."

Ravi tipped his orange in Riley's direction, wearing a big smile on his face.

"Congratulations! A well deserved auth! I'm sure you'll be a great asset to Detroit!"

Walter White was out and about when he heard the grand news of Riley getting his own Crew in Detroit, and Walter could not have been happier for the guy. Good luck Riley, I wish you all the best! Walter thought to himself.

Nikki smiled when word passed down the wire; Riley was getting auth. His father had done so much for her back in New York, taking her in and eventually trusting her to serve as first Left, then Right Hand in the Vendetta Crime Syndicate.

Carefully penning a note of congratulations, she tucked as much money inside an envelope as would fit before handing it all to a courier to deliver.
