FTC then walks to the stage and podium in which he expects to get feedback from members of the mafioso world and nation.

Excuse the interuption, I know you all are a bit busy but I just want a bit of feedback on my business establishment. Would you all like a lottery game within the mafioso? How much money are you looking to win? How much are you willing to pay for a lottery ticket? Those are just random questions that im curious about, and I would like to know how you ALL feel about it. The floor is open for discussion.

Well FTC, its not a new idea or is it something that this world is short of. Lottery's can be fun if they are executed well and planned in the correct manner there is a lot more that goes into being succsseful with a venture of this kind.

Im not here to slay down your idea just to give you a realistic out look and what may lie ahead. If im honest you should not be asking how much do we want to win etc, we need specifics you need to set the rules on how it will be played and how the money will be shared out etc.

Plus this is a project that you will struggle to complete alone. I hope this helps.

• In order to enter you must notify FelixTheCat, when doing so he will then issue you a lottery ticket.(The ticket price is 25K and it must be present in order to win the cash)
• Once recieving the lottery ticket, on the space given where it says jumbo numbers, you will have to pick 4 numbers out of 1-10.(After doing that, post the ticket in your back alley and send FelixTheCat the link. He will then take note of your ticket given)
• Lastly, every Saturday night/evening, FelixTheCat will announce the winning numbers and if you happen to have guessed the correct numbers, you will win 200K.

I wouldn't say it largely favours the house, it's only 10% of the final pot, it's not like 10% of every ticket sold, in which case, if it was, I would totally understand.

By it favouring the house I was referring to the slim chance of a large win. Although the rates themselves are fair, there is of course no guarantee that someone will win. What then happens to the money? Does the house keep it, or does it roll over?

I would have thought the house kept it, hence it favouring the house.

It would indeed be a Lotto Roll Over, every week till we have a winner - This isn't a scheme to try and make money on our part.

Just in case you missed my reply in my speech regarding the lotto, all the winnings were adjusted to make it more worth while.

There won't be winners for 3 numbers, it starts from 4 numbers - this way the lucky one's get more of a prize fund.
