Now to couple with the petty crime vote incentive, we've added in a felony one. Now if you are Earner or higher you will earn 1 minute off of your felony timer for each site that you vote on.

There are plenty of incentives to vote and this just adds more reason. Does this mean everyone will? Probably not. However, I like the idea.
