I suggest we revert back to cities instead of these districts, right now the set up we have there are 18 districts which are never all full by the way. I remember back in the days of 8 cities that they would all be bustling!  I suggest this

Northern Cities

Chicago

Detroit

Southern Cities

New Orleans

Miami

Eastern Cities

New York

Philadelphia

Western Cities

Los Angeles

Las Vegas

Mid West Cities

Denver

St.Louis

I feel like this can help us better balance out the game, I also suggest that the flight timer between the cities in the same region be closer to an hour and a half or 2 hours. This can help the game grow and fill out in a more divided and balanced way instead of the district system that we have they see one city fill out their districts before expanding. With this game we could also get back to seeing a new level of importance return to the rank of Godfather, and completely do away with Godfather-Chairman. 

Just my path of though on this one, can't say I was ever really a fan of the districts. Let me know what you all think.

Getting rid of districts wouldn't, it would lower the number from 18 to 12

to mush code to do for the idea its self 

Seeing as I am old-school and don't like change I think it would be a cool idea to go back to the city ones and not have districts or at least have a minimum of two per district.

I know that Izzy has a few of those cities already and just does not have them activated.

So it would be cool to see this, I would love to see it back to the original plans as back then there was no districts.

In addition: This is a good idea because cities are not getting filled nor the districts also and the game goes in rebuild mode every other day so lowering the number will help.

If this was the case I would never be out of Miami!

I do like the idea of going back to cities again but I'm not 100% sure if it's the way forward or not. It could be, I'm just not sure.
