When roleplaying, what kind of music do you listen too?

Lots of jazz and blues. Helps keep me era-accurate while writing. =)

I usually do as Nikki says if there is music in the scene ... but if not I listen to anything that fits the mood.  A lot of indie folk/pop music lately.

When I'm writing roleplay for this site I like to listen to jazz ballads for the bulk of the writing but when I'm doing a fight scene, I'll change it up with some heavy metal and go fucking mental.
