Colin stepped out in to the hot Philadelphia sun and took a deep breath. After the long days of hardship it was going to be nice to have some good news to relay.

"Philadelphia has lost a great deal these past weeks. With the death of Anselmo, Gianluca and then ultimately my Godfather Gwarble, we have been plunged into a time of uncertainty. This will not be allowed to continue. Philadelphia deserves better. We deserve better.

With the tireless efforts of my confidant Godfather Roman, the tide swinging assistance of Godfather Evangeline and the backing of Godfather TheDean, I have been given a fantastic opportunity to finish what we started. This is not an opportunity I plan to squander.

The plans for Philadelphia were always to make it a burgeoning centre of criminal activity. One the 8 great cities could be proud of. This has not changed. We must persevere.

In the coming days we will be attempting to rebuild all that was lost in the war and put into practice some of the plans that we were not given enough time to implement under the stewardship of the late Godfather Gwarble. The reinvigoration of the Business District to name but one.

I will be starting this process by introducing to you my first appointment in Philadelphia. kong.

kong has fought alongside myself on numerous occasions and has saved my life on even more. He has proven himself to be a towering example of the code we choose to live by and one that I am 100% certain will help me return Philadelphia to the hive of activity it should so rightly be.

With that Colin turned and went back to the CB Inc. headquarters. He had lots of work to do.

Having just caught a ball game Bruiser takes a stroll down the main street just in time to hear Don Colin's announcement.  As Bruiser lights a new cigar he makes his way to kong and extends a hand.  Shaking Kongs hand Bruiser digs into his inside jacket pocket.  Congratulations to you sir, Bruiser says as he pulls out a fine Cuban for the newly appointed crew leader of the fine city of Philadelphia.

I'm glad to see Philadelphia has pushed through these past couple weeks and made great strides to move forward.
