We are expected to believe that LV was taken out by a friend of the city.  That this friend of the city waited until Halloween, with the sound of fireworks hiding the rattle of gunfire, before swiping.   We are expected to believe that this was honorable, that this takedown wasn't connected with other events.

The POLHF knew well in advance that this was coming and, it must be said, that events are connected with the execution of Napolitano and the subsequent retirement of Serius.

Serius was a stealthy shooter for the POLHF and had accounted for a number of victims.   Knowing that Ishmael was out of favor with the powers-that-be, it was decided to retire Serius, putting out a cover story of an accidental shooting.  Our actual intention was to provoke a war between LA and LV.

But now, elements of the DRUS WS collectors have done our dirty work for us!

We wanted, dearly, for LV and LA to wipe each other off the map.  But it's been done for us.

But our work hasn't yet been done, no.  Because, frankly, there are DRUS WS collectors still around, and they must be targeted.

Did the POLHF orchestrate this?  No, but we did influence it.  Those whispers referred to?  Some originated from our intelligence operatives.  Sadly, some of them fell last night.  RIP mates.

Since our inception, the POLHF have established themselves as a highly active, successful and motivated group and this is testament to our fundamental skill and audacity.  We shoot a lot of people, but we also move in different ways.

We firmly believe that good operations are the best recruiting sergeant and that is why we attract the calibre of activist that we do.
