Good evening ladies and gentlemen,

I'd like to take this opportunity to announce my latest New Orleans Captain. Those of you who know him will i'm sure more than agree with me when I say that this man truely deserves an opportunity such as this. His loyalties, hard work and dedication have never been in doubt and i am proud to have him here in the Big Easy with me. As of now, Kylar_Stern will be setting up in New Orleans.

Congratulations Kylar, I know you'll do a fantastic job and wil become a real asset to New Orleans.

Odin hands Kylar a set of keys to his new place and steps back to allow him to say a few words...

Diablos giggles and smiles at Kylar. He then gives him a wink and heads back towards his HQ.

Kylar steps forth and quickly scans the crwod, nodding to a few familiar faces.

I would just like to thank Godfather Odin for this opportunity. I look forward to the opportunity to work alongside the other leaders in New Orleans and to keep making our city grow and prosper.

GTL has just finished his arm blasts and crunches for the day and is on his way to the tanning salon when he hears Odin speaking.  It looks important so GTL decides to delay his tanning for a little bit.

Congratulations Mr. Stern  I am excited to be part of this family, and believe that we have a very bright future.

GTL already feels his tanning fading a bit so he hurries off to the nearest tanning bed.
