Rogue will now spawn unproed and a notification will be sent to #divinelunacy and the registered crew channels. We have also increased its visit by about 5x. |

" Its a ratio of people who have been on the game recently vrs people who have chatted recently, it has nothing to do with timezones, peaks, dead times, or hour of the day. If there are 130 people online, 280 people online, or 4 people online, it goes by a % to ensure its fair regardless of the time of day. |
