The New Big Boss Godfather Started by: Awesomizard on Aug 15, '10 15:45

Ladies and gentlemen. Boys and girls. It has come to my attention (pun not present but still totally intended) that over the past few days a lot of people have managed to get themselves killed. Which is, I think we can all agree, rather quite silly of them. Our world is falling apart. All the biggest and baddest of names have gone, and only the weak and timid few remain. It is quite a shame. I liked those big and bad names. They were big and bad. But it does not do to dwell on the past, and so onwards and upwards we must march.

What we need in a time like this is a leader. A big leader. A bad leader. A leader to lead us to evermore power and wealth. A leader who can talk the talk and walk the walk and even run when in a hurry. A leader who can make us laugh and smile. And even cry when the time is right. A leader whose package packs a punch. Which may or may not be an inappropriate innuendo. A leader whose name we can shout when in need of justice, and when simply seeking to blame another after no longer being able to stand our own inadequacies. A leader like Vector.

It is because of all this, and because of all those other reasons which need not be mentioned, that I, Awesomizard, am hereby declaring Vector to be the acting Godfather of Los Angeles. And Las Vegas. And New Orleans. I'm not greedy for him, you see. I'll let Captain_Stubing keep Chicago, Abercrombie rule Detroit, kong control New York, and RourkeyRourke stink-to-high-heaven in both Philadelphia and St. Louis. It's a state of affairs I believe we can all appreciate.

And so without much further ado, I bid you adieu. Long life acting=Godfather Vector, our Lord and Saviour! Hazzah! Hazzah! Hazzah!

Hear hear!

Spuff applauds vigourously.

A fine gentleman to lead the city forward in it's time of need, to help it ride from the ashes like an emu. Although I must admit I'm surprised by your choice in Chicago. I feel as a Wise Guy I have adequately proven my mettle to the point where it woud be downright rude, nay, offensive to not hand the reins of power over to myself. You have missed a trick there.

Never mind, I shall wait on the sidelines for my chance to pounce, and when the opportunity arises I shall dress myself in regalia the likes of which have never been seen, as befitting a gentleman such as myself.

You make a good argument SpuffWaffle, but it would be unheard of for me to retract something I've already said (or even admit I've been wrong), so I can only suggest that you have words with whomever I claimed to hold the power in Chicago and arrange some arrangement with him slash her to suit both your individual ends.

Shazam, I couldn't agree more.
