A pleasantly plump, bald man with lightly powdered skin steps out of the back of a 1931 Dusenberg Model J Derham Tourster. His fine velvet robes move ever so slightly in the cool autumn breeze; although much of it is shielded by a bevy of well-armed bodyguards. Exiting the car after him is his fiery-haired Right-Hand Man, LuckyLucy, and after her an unexpected face… The_Kid the remarkable 10 year-old who is a current Don of The Chicago Loop.

Stepping up to address the assembled mobsters, Godfather Varys speaks calmly but with a smile, “Ladies and Gentlemen, regrettably it is all too rare an occasion that I find time to join you here on our streets; but today I find a very good reason to make the time.”

The soft scent of lilacs can be caught upon the breeze, for those who are paying attention to such things. Varys turns to The_Kid and motions him to come forward. 

“Even though I am not with you on the streets as much as I would like” he says to the crowd, “My Little Birds do bring me your words, worries, and concerns. As such, it is my sincere hope to see all the cities upon our shores up, running, and profitable sooner rather than later. To that end, I bring forward a young man with whom you are all very familiar. The_Kid.”

Varys rests his hand gently upon The_Kid’s shoulder and continues to speak, “Chicago will deeply miss your presence; but your loyalty combined with the well-earned respect of our fellow Mafioso, have caused me to invite you – The_Kid – to launch new operations within the Motor City.”

Looking out to the crowd, “Please join me in welcoming our soon to be newest Godfather to these shores – The_Kid of Detroit!”

Congrats and welcome among our ranks friend I look forward to seeing Detroit flourish under you The_kid.

Congratulation The_Kid I'm sure we will see a bright future in store for Detroit with you at the helm! I remember way back when we were both with Princessa. A lot has changed since then and I'm glad you are doing well for yourself.

Lucy shakes The_Kid 's hand and smiles.  "Well deserved Godfather.  I hope you will remember to give us a call from time to time and that you don't mind Frank-Dicaprio and I coming to visit around the holidays.  Katy will be absolutely devastated if we don't pay you a visit then."  She leans down and kisses the Godfather's cheeks.

"Best wishes to you and your men & women in the Motor City."

Sineya stood near the front of the crowd and listened to Godfather Varys' announcement. Once he had finished she walked towards The_Kid with her hip flask in her hand.

Congratulations Godfather The_Kid, I've enjoyed working with you in Chicago and look forward to watching you prosper in Detroit.

Kid teared up listening to all the kind speeches all these amazing people had delivered.

Blowed walks up, a lonely spectator, looking upon the people cheering and sharing congratulations. He lights his swisher taking a long drag. 

"I would like to say congrats The_Kid, I see you and your peeps bringing D-Town back."

John slowly walks through the crowd, approaching TheKid with a soft, Almost nervous the. He shakes TheKids hand.

’Congratulations on this great achievement! I’m certain that under your leadership, Detroit will soon enough be back on its feet.’

Standing in the crowd Manny listened to the words of his elders. Talk of rebuilding and creating prosperity and wealth for all is an idea he could really get behind. A Dream more difficult than becoming president of these United States he thought.

With a solid tone he shouts  " HERE HERE CONGRATULATIONS    The_Kid  "

and with some onlookers staring he starts to give his new Godfather a nod and applause. 

Hackerman was honored so many great people showed up today in order to celebrate this amazing achievement and announcement . After he had been standing in line for a good few minutes, it was finally his turn to address Kid and the rest. Hackerman cleared his throat and said.

"Wonderful, absolutely wonderful. I am honored to see how far you have gotten The_Kid , and it is an honor to be able to be part of rebuilding Detroit together with you and the rest. I have faith, and confidence that we will do nothing but amazing."

Hackerman turned towards Varys who was observing the conversation and said. 

"Thank you aswell Varys, our granted opportunity is an honor, and I am going to miss you and the rest of Chicago. Best of luck from now on, if you ever need any assistance, you know where to find us, and thank you once again".

Congratulations mr. Varys! Wish you the best on your new endeavors.

The_Kid.. Sorry for my mistake! I'm still trying to wake myself up! You seem destined for big things!

Wild_Kitten approaches The_Kid and kisses him once on each cheek.

You are the most amazing person I know, and so well deserving of this opportunity and honor.  You've picked me up and carried me when I felt I couldn't go on, and needless to say I would walk through fire for you.  Congratulations Godfather.

Dog listens obediently but with palpable excitement. When the men are finished speaking, he lifts up his snout to speak

The_Kid, I am absolutely torn apart to see you and your family leave Chicago, but I know that it is necessary and deserved. My father deeply enjoyed working with you, and I have also thoroughly enjoyed our relationship so far. I truly hope for health and prosperity to all of Detroit, and look forward to continuing our relationship as great allies. Salut!
