Hello my friends, my family, my colleagues from other cities... I am here again, sadly, to see the end of another war. The losses were tremendous and what I can tell everyone here is I am tired of having to make these speeches. I'm tired of coming out here and having to thank people for their sacrifice, a sacrifice that wouldn't be necessary without a little bit of trust and understanding.

In the last few weeks we have been ravaged by war and I imagine the losses have rippled out to everyone in this world to at least some effect. I have personally lost three Godfathers I was close to and now find myself struggling to find the words to keep eulogizing the dead.

This last war took an especially difficult toll on me seeing my dearest friend Colin get gunned down and fellow Godfather Evangeline meet her end at around the same time. If I could trade places with them, I absolutely would, they were great influences for me.

This war was in a word, shameful. All these lives were lost because New Orleans did not, in their own words, trust the other Godfathers. Detroit, Philadelphia, and Chicago did not do anything in particular... It was our mere existence that sent New Orleans and the two crews poorly run by Paul Vidi and Eusebio into a tailspin. What a deafening blow they struck by killing Colin and Evangeline, but fear not dear listener, the Roman Empire proceeded to dismantle them leader by leader. First went Jezebel who I had never heard of but apparently existed, next went Odin, Paul Vidi, and finally Diablos (Eusebio went on to get killed by a pro wack). Now the odds were certainly stacked against us but incredible performances by the families of Chicago, Philly, and Detroit that stood at my side were something I will never forget.

Paranoia caused the deaths of many great mafia figures, and it is a travesty that I can't imagine will be soon forgotten. However, as has been touted, TheDean and I have had some conversations about the rebuilding of the cities. Him and I will be naming leaders in different cities to help us re-grow.

To that point, Cruel will leave Chicago to Las Vegas and re-take his spot as the head of the city. I am sure he will do well there, and will look forward to working with him in the future.

Listen folks, I can't sit here and say people had to die, because they absolutely didn't. But I will say this, we absolutely rolled New Orleans and the Traitors Two after that first wave, and if I were each and every one of their sons or daughters, I would shrink away in embarrassment and shame.

We have a bright future ahead of us. TheDean and I are making headway already in getting things to be stable once more, and I can promise we won't stop working on this until everyone feels safe once more.

On my final note, God rest the souls of those who were lost from our side, you will be sorely missed and your contributions never forgotten.

No disrespect intended Godfather Roman but maybe saying the sons and daughters of the fallen New Orleans members should shrink away in embarrassment is a bit harsh.  Most of us fought and died for our GF and our Crew leaders..  We didn't have a choice.  Our leaders said we fight and we fought.  Most of my fallen brothers and sisters of New Orleans GRTS would have chosen to to do things differently but unlike the unloyal crew leaders of Chicago that tried to turn on you, we were loyal and did as we were told.  We fought and died for a reason unknown to us at the time.

Again I mean no disresepect I just feel that was a bit harsh to say about all of the fallen.

Their bravery and loyalty is not being questioned, and is not the reason they should shrink away in embarassment.  Why they should shrink away in embarrassment is because of the massive ass kicking New Orleans got, even after having the benefit of attacking first and taking out two Godfathers before a retaliatory strike could be made.  Huge lolz @ that.  If that were me, I think I would wear a paper bag over my head for the remainder of my existence.  But then, of course, the ladies would be deprived of admiring my rugged handsomeness.

I won't go into any details but most of the deceased were below rank of MM.  We were under the impression we had more guns then what showed up.  But yeah, I completely understand what you guys are saying.  I for one was embarrassed to hear after hours of shooting Roman BGs we had killed less then a dozen..  *chuckles*   I just don't think we should all be embarrassed for following orders even if it was a total one sided affair after the so called "First wave" 

Ye speaketh as if thy are apart of the New Orleans front, when it doth appears you are currently working for a Detroit faction. Perhaps ye should watch thy words more carefully, good sir. A friendly warning from thee neighbourhood Watch-Knight of these glorious lands. Huzzah!

I congratulate Cruel and wish him the best of luck on his new journey out in Las Vegas. Also Godfather Roman, I know these past couple of weeks have been a disaster, I hope you restructure and build up, "The Roman Empire."

You need to realize here Bruiser, that for the last two weeks my people have feared coming out of their HOUSES and merely breathing due to the bullies of LA and New Orleans wanting to play guns all the time.

Thank you for your time Godfather Roman.  As I said I wish things could have been different with all the leaders.  I would have liked to have had my father around a bit longer.  Congratulations on your victory and please accept my condolences on the loss of your fellow city members and your good friend Godfather Colin.

I for one know how hard my Godfather and good friend Roman had to work up to the war and during it as well. I am so very proud of all my family in chicago, and proud of all the hard work our sister cities had done (Philly and detroit) to see their hard work taking from them by a bunch of turn coat cowards, is what hurt the most.

Out of fear of their own weakness New Orleans attacked with no reason, and apparently no plan. I guess they beleived if we shoot two godfathers and then go to bed after that, the war fairy will take care of the rest.

It has been a testing few weeks for sure, hopefully now, we can have some stability. It will take time, but there are good structures in place already and I'm sure we can all move on and prosper.

Gutted at a few that have fell during this time,as many are no doubt, but we will make this thing of ours work.

While there is a solid structure in place we do have much work to do. Colin was a terrible loss in that we've spent months "grooming" him to fill Iota's shoes and various other articles of clothing. Just as he getting close to filling them out he was taken from us. A new candidate now needs to be chosen and promptly force fed.

If I can say this, even though myself nor my city was involved, that was one hell of a war. It did seem to come out of nowhere and I just wanted to say RIP Colin and all that died during this bloodshed.

Colin was indeed a very sore loss in a war which should never have been.It only goes to show what chaos a few power crazy mindless individuals can cause in this world...may we build up stronger and stand tall in these time.
