Firstly, let me just say a big thankyou to Godfather Roman for giving me the opportunity to lead Las Vegas once more, it really is a fantastic city and this means a lot to me. I enjoyed the short time i had in Chicago and made a lot of friends. So, thankyou to all of you. It was a privelege to work with you.

I will keep this short and sweet. During the war i lost a very dear friend and captain in King-Finneius. With the move to Las Vegas and a near full HQ another crew is needed in the city. This person has done everything that has been asked of him with minimal fuss, he has always been there when called upon and has been a good personal friend.

I am pleased to announce MarioTrabotti as Las Vegas' first captain.

Congrats buddy, you deserve this and i look forward to seeing you succeed.

Cruel hands Mario his keys to his HQ and heads back to his own office to continue the rebuilding.

Mario Trabotti grabbed the hand of his former leader and started to shake it rather vigorously. He let go and started to fondle with the keys that he had been given. Mario had started to datdream on the spot about what he wanted to acomplish with his crew and his plans for the near future. It was then that he realised that people were looking at him. He slid the keys in his trouser pockets.

"Thank you Don Cruel for giving me this oppourtunity. I look forward to working alongside you in making Las Vegas the crime capital of the United States. It is a real shame that we lost King-Finneius in this war, He was a true friend of mine and he will be missed dearly." Mario takes a second to collect his thoughts. "I hope that we can get past the recent bloodshed and move into a new age of crime."

Congratulations Mario, I've known you for ages and I don't have a doubt that'll you do great in this position.

May has tears in her eyes has she walks up to Mario and shakes his hand.

"I'm so glad to see my new boss succeed and I'm looking forward to helping the new family to succeed just like you have, well done Sir."

Sam Carollo pulls up in a limo and steps out with a bottle and a couple glasses. He walks over to MarioTrabotti, pours the drinks, and offers up a glass. Scotch my good man, only the finest. Sam turns to the crowd. Let me offer this toast to a man who in my own estimation, will set  a new standard for Captians of a city. Mario, may you live life so well, the devil forgets you belong in hell!

I believe I am a few days behind, but I'm close to catching up.
