Faye had been busy that day trying to avoid her dreams and nightmares. They often felt like reality and today she needed to really be in the reality of the world around her. She walked in the chilly breeze along the streets and woke herself up. Stepping onto stairs of an abandoned building, she whistled. It was loud and heads turned her way.

"Good day to my fellow cities of these fine cities. Today I bring to you a topic for discussion, among ourselves and hopefully fairly civil. Today I wish to discuss the things of our community.

I watch as so many frequently take shots at others under the guise that it is for the better but how can shooting the lower ranks be any better? How can it bring about change that you wish to see? It doesn't. It merely makes those look like fools and fighting for no cause."

Taking a quick look around before she continued on. Her hands rubbing one another to keep them warm and from freezing.

"So let's talk about changes in a sense. If you could change things, what would you change? How would you go about changing it? What are the types of things you wish to see? Sometimes change takes time and maybe there are things in the works that people do not see. Perhaps even things behind HQ doors are changing but those from the streets wouldn't necessarily know this.

We often talk about those empty cities. The cities that never seem to have anyone in them working organized crimes. Ones that people avoid because they have fallen empty, or people purposely go to because it is empty. I am curious if you had a city to yourself how would you run it? What is it that you would do to make things a little different."

Her eyes began to light up as she thought about her own answers. Her mind began to race and she took a deep breath to slow them.

"It wouldn't be a conversation if someone didn't start so I will.

The changes I would like to see are simple. I would like to see loyalty and hard work brought back. Take away the reliability on just those friends from back home and put some more trust into those that have been working the hardest. These are the changes I would like to see.

As far as if I had a city to run, I couldn't complain about the one I am currently in. However, there has always been a structure that I would love to see play out. One where there is only one Godfather in the city and the other districts have smaller crews. An opportunity for more people to get a taste of crewleader experience and yet not have the burden of massive families or Godfather tasks. "

Faye spotted someone nearest to her and raised an eyebrow.

"How about you?"
