Cletus walked out onto the streets to announce the latest plan for expanding operations around the country.

"Hello, ladies and gentleman. Today, I would like to share with you the plans for our reopening of Las Vegas. I am glad to announce the opening of the city up for new growth and opportunity, which is something this world needs. And so: moving forward, if you would like the opportunity to run your own organization in the great city of Las Vegas, you will need to contact your current crewleader and get their permission to apply. After that, you will need to submit an application about yourself and how you will like to run things. The application will be presented to our judges. Winners will be contacted upon acceptance. If accepted you will be given a district and full authority to move in and set up your HQ. 

Judging the qualifications for the city will be Myself, Earl, Varys, and Hotice.

I want there to be as little restrictions as possible on people opting to move out there, but like always there are a few and they are:

1) No interference in any way from the outside.

2) A maximum of 2 crews per district (the city will be capped at 6 crews) .

Other than the aforementioned rules Las Vegas will be run like any other city with nothing like rent or HQ restrictions. The crews set up there may form some council or have one person as a more distinguished leader. It is important to try and stay in contact with various leaders around our world. Like other leaders you or a structure member of your family will be expected to take part in meetings that involve all leaders as well. For any other questions please do not hesitate to mail me."

Cletus walks to his car with his bodyguards flanking him as he heads back to his HQ.

Hearing a familiar voice in the streets Insomnia wipes the sleep from his eyes, getting a better look to see Cletus giving a speech to a group of people. Cracking a grin he sneaks into the crowd walking closer to hear it was the new plans ahead for Las Vegas. While listening his eyes quickly light up hearing the little to no restrictions on tax for applicants/occupants in organizing their own headquarters in the sin city. This was a big opportunity to anyone looking to run their own crew.  Insomnia stretches his neck out looking around the crowd wondering who would step up to it though...?

Ladies and gentleman please join me in congratulating the first person chosen to set up in Las Vegas Villain he will be setting up in the strip and be starting to run his organization immediately.

After hearing his name called by Godfather CletusKasady , Villain can't help but feel a different feeling cross through him, maybe it was the adrenaline rushing through his body, maybe it was that weird drink he had earlier nonetheless it was joy. He than stood up and spoke outloud:

" Thank you, Godfather Cletus for this opportunity! I'll try my hardest to make it work here and get this back up in no time and not fail either you, Godfather Varys, Earl and Hotice . So again, thank you to all of you! "

Raising a glass to the newest leader, she smiled brightly.

"Villain, I am so proud and happy that you've managed to get yourself this opportunity. I couldn't think of a more deserving person to work for. Congratulations, boss!" grinning, she took a celebratory sip of her champagne. 

Following the lead of Chromatik John also raises his glass to offer his salutes to Villain.

’Villain, I’m excited too see you take on this challenge and set up your operations in Las Vegas! I’m confident that you’ll put your mark on the criminal underworld over there, and that the whole world will see how you’re fit for the job!’

A quick congratulations to the two newest members of Las Vegas Danny and Petty. They have each been allowed to set up in their own respective districts of LV. 

Danny walks up to Godfather-Chairman CletusKasady, clad in a deep black robe with the hood drawn over his head, and extends his right hand while lowering his hood with his left.

Thank you so much for this opportunity, Godfather. And thank you as well to the other judges, Godfathers Varys, HotIce, and Earl. I will do my best to not disappoint, and to play a role in restoring Sin City to the glory that it so certainly deserves.

Petty gradually goes by CletusKasady while gently swinging his guitar behind his back.
