Hello all!

I wanted to let everyone know that Chicago has started the slow move towards reconstructing our city and lives. After the cowardly attack from New Orleans and its own leaders, Paul Vidi and Eusebio, Chicago needed a bit of good news.

Today, MR_AC set up in my city and Jonnie_Reese is following suit. Along with the addition of Invisible_kid_, we are starting to make our city inhabitable again after the wars that ravaged us.

MR_AC was integral in his loyalty to Chicago in the last war, and I look forward to seeing what he can accomplish in Chicago. I imagine that if he proves a fraction as capable as he did in the last war he is going to do great.

Jonnie_Reese has been a constant force with me since setting up in Chicago. He was the first one on the front lines when the last war broke out and his bravery is an example for all people of Chicago to follow dutifully. I cannot wait to see the leadership he will bring to our city.

Finally, my good friend Captain_Stubing will double with Jonnie_Reese as the underbosses to Chicago. I trust them both inherently and they have shown amazing resolve in their work for The Windy City.

I would also like to thank TheDean for his support while we rebuild, him and I have been in constant contact while we think of ways to set this world back into a stable environment for everyone to live in.

It is good to see the re-building of Chicago taking place and i cannot think of two people more worthy of their chance.
