Captain_Stubing steps out of his headquarters, his face looking tired and haggard instead of his usual warm smile. He trudges up the street into a crowded square. He begins looking around for a soapbox but can find none. Finally he spots a large box across the street. As he approaches the box he notices the words "Colin's Crayons" written on the side. Knowing that this will no longer be needed, Captain_stubing drags the box to the middle of the square. He climbs to the top of the box and looks at the crowd in front of him.

Ladies and gentlemen, lend me your ears.

Looking over the crowd the good Captain notices Craig tugging on his ears. He shakes his head and moves on.

I will make this brief as I have been very busy and I've not gotten much sleep lately. This latest ridiculous attack by New Orleans has left a path of damage in it's wake that will take much to set right. Chicago is moving on, rebuilding, and growing stronger than ever. I stand here today to announce the continuation of this process.

This man stood by mine and Godfather Roman's side through two wars now. If not for his efforts we may not be here today. He has earned his chance to help lead this transformation of Chicago and I have all the faith in the world that he will be a valuable part of our efforts.

I present to you my new Captain, ClarenceWorley.

Captain_Stubing hops off the box, grabs Craig, and begins to explain something in his now red ear as he walks back towards his headquarters.

Well, never did I think i'd see the day. Congratulations Clarence. I know how long you have waited for this and how proud you are to get this chance. I know you'll do a great job helping Chicago become the best it can be.... Dont think you're going anywhere without me, though.

Alabama packs her bags and heads off to Chicago for some house hunting
