After having a few words and shaking hands with Godfather Roman, Mr_Ac walks towards the soap box placed by his Rhm Marionette, Ac then steps up as he clears his throat before speaking.

Hello everyone, thank you all for coming out to join us in the celebration of rebuilding our dear home. We are all troubled by our recent war and has unfortunately forced innumerable people to start new lives; however, optimism will get us through such a mess and will provide opportunities for us to regroup. Our character is being placed under question and we must respond with utmost confidence. Determination is not an easy trait to have, one must be able to learn from both negative and positive experiences, containing such a characteristic will allow us to evolve and grow in order for us to come back twice as strong.

I come out here today because Godfather Roman has given me his blessing to set up in this great city of Chicago. I am honored to work next to a truly strong willed man; I will serve Godfather Roman and the great city of Chicago with courage and loyalty.

Some of you may know me but to the ones that don't I'm an easy guy to get along with. I enjoy a good conversation every now and then.

My family line has been around a few years now , I was left with a journal from my late father which was passed down to him from his father, it contained a note inside that read " Son, sorry I can't be there to see you succeed in life, but don't worry as long as you live by this motto you will achieve great things.”

"Always live by the La Cosa Nostra way; respect and honor thy Godfather.”

With that being said I would like to thank Godfather Roman once again for giving me the opportunity to work along side him and the other Chicago family's. I would also like to thank you all again for coming out here today, but me and my rhm have a lot of work ahead of us.

Stepping down from the soap box Mr_Ac with Marionette close behind walks across the street to his new Headquarters to opens its doors for business.

After watching his boss give such a amazing speech, Rip then shakes MR_AC's hand and says...

Without one doubt in my mind, I know that you will bring nothing but greatness to the City of Chicago and to the "Chicago Nighthawks". In my eyes, you have truly earned this shot at setting up your own headquarters within Chicago. Enough said, I wish you the best of luck throughout the rebuildment of Chicago in which I know WE can accomplish together and once again, CONGRATULATIONS on your fantastic uprise as CL within the City of Chicago.

Rip then moves to the left side of MR_AC as the rest of the mafioso congratulates AC on his great uprise as CL in Chicago. 

Drexler had known MR_AC all of his life and knew he was a great addition to the rebuilding of Chicago, he steps up to his old time pal and greets him with a smile and a shake of the hand.

"Buddy, I am so pleased you are here helping us rebuild the windy city, I am sure you will do a grand job and I am here if you should need any assistance on your journey to great things"

Congradulations MR_AC, I'm so pride of what you have accomplished and I believe you will be a strong leader, I wish you all the luck. Chicago will be restored with your help and I can't wait to witness such a journey; ups and downs will occur but I have faith in Chicago, our home, to fight through what ever challenges we face. I am here if you need help with anything; you have taught me a great deal and I'd like to show my appreciation so don't hesitate to ask.

These wars have been unfortunate and unnecessary but they have happened and these led to other opportunities and some great chances for others. Including yourself. I'd like you congratulate you on your auth and look forward to working within this city along with you and the other leaders of Chicago.
