Once again war have struck Philadelphia and once again we have lost our great Godfather. I will be taking over as acting head of PH and I look forward to work with all of you to rebuild Philadelphia to it's former glory.

I also want to present my first auth: Eliaha. Our bloodlines have know each other for quite some time and I know you will do great alongside me. You have fought for Philadelpia for a long time, first as a part of Anselmo's family then directly under Colin. When the control of PH was handed over to me I could not think of anyone else to fill the role of my first captain.
