Cruel steps onto his makeshift podium ready to make an announcement to the gathering masses. With his morning/afternnon coffe in hand, he yawns one last time and delivers his speech.

To continue with the re-building of Las Vegas i would like to announce the arrival of another captain within the city.

It has been a difficult decision to decide on the right person for the job, with so many talented people running around the city. The person i have opted for though, stood out above the rest. He has been a real workhorse for my family and has been a big help with the re-building programme.

I would like to announce my very own LHM, FraDiavolo as the newest captain in Las Vegas. He will be taking Lorrie_ and HoolZ along to assisst him.

I know he will rise to the challenge and i look forward to seeing him succeed.

Congrats bro, i look forward to working with you on a bigger scale.

This is an excellent choice and I am certain you will rock out loud. You have been such a big part of The Hybrids and are truly deserving of this.

Fra stood in front of the crowd after Don Cruel left the happening for his fresh coffee. He held the key to the new HQ in his hands and had a smile on his face. He took a deep breath before he started to speak.

"Thank you very much for all the well-wishing and thanks for your confidence in me. I'll do my best to help rebuild the city of Las Vegas.

On a side note, we will remain as The Hybrids as we're still one family after all so there won't be an extra introduction speech from me. Sorry to disappoint you lot.

Anyways, even if he can't hear me as he already went. Thank you Cruel, our ancestors go way back together and I consider you as a brother, always. Thank you very much for this opportunity and I promise I won't let you down. So, that's all. Thanks for your time."

Fra turned around to enter the HQ to join his Don for a cup of coffee.
