After the unexpected and unfortunate death of Eliaha by a gun malfunction I once again find myself in a position where I need to auth a captain in Philadelphia. I'm proud to announce Sam_Carollo as my newest auth.
You have been a great help to me and the family since the last war and I know that you will run a great family here in Philadelphia.

Rebuilding Philadelphia is a huge job, but I'm sure that with you buy my side we can do a great job.

I want to thank the boss of Philadelphia for the unexpected opportunity. I hope time will prove the wisdom of his decision today. While the circumstances are grim, there is no trepidation here about stepping up and helping Philly rebuild. Part of this confidence stems from the fact I have chosen one of the most capable RHM I know, Ivy. Her family's trust in mine warrants my trust in her. We intend to get right to the business of the city, working hard for Kong. To wit, I would like to introduce the new crew in Philly, The Royal Knights, a subsidiary of The Royal League.

A fantastic decision by Kong, i know it. Congratulations friend, lets rebuild Philly!

ePiC is wondering around when he heard a new Headquarters has been born at the city of Philadelpia. he raises with the other to hear the complete detail and wanted to know who is the new leader that will be authed.

After hearing the good news for the city and knew who was sitting at the new headquarters ePiC smiled and started to clap his hand.

"Congratulation sir Sam_Carollo, well picked by the city of Philadelphia i know you will do a great job to restore the city to be more profitable to all of us, again Congratulation and wish you all the luck on your new Headquarters."

ePiC found a new victim who had just passed by, he started to follow her and leave the others to congratulate the new leader of the city.

I can say that I've known the Carollo family line for a few generations, and it is my honor to be congratulating Sam in following in his father's footsteps.  I do feel this man has a lot to bring to the table and I look forward to watching his progress in Chicago.

See what happened was....this bear jumped out of the ally way and forced me to say Chicago.  He was a little pissed off that the Philly eagle stole his stash, so he was trying to get his revenge.

Oh, and I had been hanging around in the local bar.  Yeah, I might have hallucinated the bear, but I'm preeeettty damn sure I didn't.
