Pros: If the city hit squad leader really deserves to become a cl they can be a cl and still keep the city hsl position so if something important needs to be said and gf,lhm,rhm are all off they can send the message themselves rather than waiting a few hours, if a city has a city wide contest person rather than getting the gf,lhm,rhm to send a billion messages they can.

You can massmail as a member. All you have to do is go to Compose and add the names in the "To:" section. All you have to do is add a name and put a coma after it, and then the next name, then a coma. Rinse repeat.

Yes but it only works up to 10 people so and plus you have to find every member in your city and if you miss maybe one member then that just sucks cause they don't know about it :(

But surely Matt, if a person was in aposition of authority in their city and needed to send a Mass mail to people, they'd have a full list of everyone they needed to message already? Fir instance GF HSL as you suggested... surely he would have wack stats for everyone in the city and therefore a list of everyone in the city?
