Bodyguard live Cleanup Perk (30 Days)

• Clean up live bodyguards. Gives you a 20%+ chance to not have your timer used when you attempt to attack a bodyguard whose employer is live. You are instantly able to do another.
• The 20% trigger rate goes up the more available targets there are, maxing out at 50%.
• Purchasing adds 30 days.

this be good perk when theres war 

Percentages are too high for live BGs or your price is too low. With the dead BG perk I’ve perked 9 or 10 times in a row in the past when targets are plenty. Given that every upper structure is OWP or IWP it’d constantly be at 50% giving a party of Rogues the ability to clear out 100’s of live BGs if their guns are anyway half decent.

I'd be alright with like a 5% for this... Might make people more inclined to get their mid-guns involved when taking down a highly defended target?
