Because of the increase of Rogue spawned for IRC to roughly 24 a day (Plus the bonus ones we spawn), We have added two more phases for the Rogue Ruiner achievement. The payouts is a good chunk of XP and 20/40 credits.

Because they are often long dead before they are even noticed. I can force them to show on the 60 second list, but, youll just see red rogues all day long. If this is what you wish, I can show them. |

Is Rogue more commonly spawned in slow server times or is it 100% random? |

Its currently set so that once a minute, it has a 1 out of 60 chance of spawning. This works out to roughly 24 a day. |

I think it's ridiculous to show the rogues on the 60 second list if they are going to be dead every time. But if it makes people happy. I guess... |
