The old, beat-up, 1927 Ford Roadster that Charlie had purchased just for this heist was performing perfectly. Almost too perfectly, she thought as the car sputtered and threatened to stall out completely. She still had about a block to go. The car had to be close enough when she stopped that the guard felt he was still “close” to his post. If the car gave out to soon the guard would not leave his post to come help her. “Come on baby. Just a little further now. You can do it,” she softly spoke to the car urging it further. Finally, from some miracle it seemed, the car made it to the desired spot on the road. Pulling it off to the side she got out and opened the cover to the engine. She wore a black sleeveless cocktail dress that went down just above her knees and long black gloves that traveled up to above her elbows. In her left hand she held a small black clutch that held her gun and She hoped she had properly balanced the desired outcome of being a distraction with looking like she was being a distraction. Leaning over to take a look at the engine, she made sure her assets were on full display for the guard to ogle. Feinting distress she helplessly looked up and down the street as if looking for some help until her eyes finally feel on those of the guard in the guard house as if he was her finally option. “Hey sir? Sir?!? Would you mind terribly taking a look at my car. It just started to make this noise and… oh I just know absolutely nothing about these silly contraptions. Please, I am sure it will only take a moment.” Charlie batted her eyes at him a few times before leaning back over the car. She took her hand and waved it several times to bat away some of the smoke that was truly coming up from the engine. The car was definitely burning oil somewhere which she suspected would help in pulling this con off. Sure enough, the guardsman came to her rescue. She could feel the pig’s eyes surveying her greedily up and down as he leaned against the car next to her and looked at the engine. “What seems to be the problem doll?” “I have no idea. I don’t know the first thing about these automobiles. It just was making this funny noise and acting really strange.” She waited for the man to stick his head further inside for a better look, before she slammed the cover down on him with all her might. The man cried out in pain and grabbed the back of his head. Quickly Charlie used the moment to pull out a pair of handcuffs from the clutch and dropping it so that she would have two hands free. With speed and obvious experience she slapped the cuffs onto the wrist of his hand that was still leaning against the car and she attached the other end to a bar on the front grill. While the guard was still trying to figure out what was going on she leaned down and picked up her clutch to remove the gun from inside. “What the fuck do you think you are doing!” the man glared at her. She had no doubts this man would kill her if he could. She could see his murderous rage behind his eyes. Pointing the gun at him, she spoke coldly, “I am going to shoot you if you do not stay silent.” The man laughed at her, “You would not shoot me doll face. You’re not the type. I can tell. Besides if you fire that gun you will let everyone inside know something is up.” Charlie smirked, “And that is why you will keep silent because if you don’t then I will have no reason left why I should not pull this trigger. Believe me I have killed men before simply because I was ordered to do so. I have done it before and I assure you I will do it again.” The man glared at her, but did not say anything. Charlie glances around her to make sure no one was in sight that might alert the guards on the inside. When she was satisfied she took a couple of steps out into the streets so that the drivers of the box trucks could see her signal to come on. |

Johnny was just around the corner, making sure that no unnecessary pair of eyes would befall on the sight of Charlie banging the head of that poor huge bodyguard with her car's cover. When she made sure that the guard was taken care of, she signaled Johnny and Summary to bring over their box trucks. "About time. I'm pretty sure that Charlie enjoyed teasing that guard.. More than she should anyway..", Johnny mumbled to himself. He got into the parked truck and started the engine. 'Rhapsody in Blue' by George Gershwin was playing in the AM radio. Before heading out to meet with Charlie, Johnny makes sure that his hair look astonishing before realizing that his hair always looks astonishing. Only @Capazzo can compete with Johnny's hair. Both of them agreed that their hairstyles are (not) equally awesome. But that's a different story. He heads out of his parking spot and makes a u-turn while the passerby's yell at him for doing such a reckless maneuver. Johnny took it as if they were cheering about how handsome he is and stepped on the gas. He had to make sure that there are no cops on the block the target was. When he made sure, he went on and parked the truck behind the crappy good-for-nothing-except-this-particular-instance Ford that Charlie considered a car. "What took you so long? I'm pretty sure that this goon would fall for your 'assets' without the metal scrap with wheels you use to carry yourself around. Anyway.. Where is Summary?", Johnny asked while ogling at Charlie and making sure his hair look spectacular. As they always do. |

Summary was across the street waiting for Charlie's signal. He could see Johnny waiting across the way, fussing with his hair. "hahaha" Summary chuckled to himself, "Comb it all you want buddy but you will never have Cap's hair" A car coming up the road brought Summary back into focus. It was a 27 Roadster that had seen better days. It slowly pulled up to the warehouse and stopped. It was Charlie. If they make Dames any better than her, I have yet to see it. She had it all. Looks, class and smarts. Both street and business. Summary was definitely glad she was on his side. He watched as she got out of the car feigning car trouble. Once the guard caught a glimpse of those legs, he couldn't get out of his shack fast enough to help her. Charlie and the guard disappeared to the front of the car. He glanced over at Johnny as he now had them in his line of site. He was watching them carefully, ready to jump in and help if needed. A few seconds later Charlie appeared and gave the signal. "OK boys. Lets roll." Summary signalled Johnny (and his hair) "You back into the doors first and I will be right behind you" Johnny waved back at Summary, put his smoke out and jumped behind the wheel of the truck, firing it up. And so it begins... |

Capazzo waited in the back of the truck as it made its way through the gate and to the back of the warehouse. He was a Don now, in charge of his own family but he could not pass up the opportunity to go along for this ride. First of all his girl, Charlie, had set up this entire thing. He wanted to be there for her and there was nothing like adrenaline rushing as your blood is about to burst through your veins. That was the raw emotions Capazzo felt on these types of jobs and that was the emotion he felt today...right now. The truck slowly started to back in when suddenly Capazzo heard noises ricochet off the truck. It was clear...bullets...coming in hot and heavy. Capazzo reached into his pocket and pulled out an item, he kissed it then put it back into his pocket. With that he jumped out of the back of the truck and takes cover. This was a heist job, the family they were robbing was none other then long standing rivals of Chicago, The Botticelli's. One of Botticelli's men is to Capazzo's left, he kneels down and fires two shots quickly in the chest of the man. He then turns toward his right and offs a few more rounds into the armed gunmen. Capazzo continued firing shots as the warehouse area sounded like a 4th of July evening of fireworks. Capazzo continued to exercise his trigger finger as he looked around and spotted Woltrazz who was the other hitter on this task. Capazzo's attention then took that of Charlie. She was struggling to get the car started and it was stuttering. She couldn't see from her vantage point but one of the Botticelli members were slowly approaching the car. Capazzo spotted this and ran, he ran as fast as he could to catch the man that was trying to inflict harm on the woman he loved. The man got closer and closer as Capazzo got closer and closer to the man. Finally the man was there and leaned in toward the window to grab Charlie. Capazzo got there in the nick of time and grabbed the man by the hair. He looked at Charlie an smiled. "I'll be right back Bella." He then threw the man to the ground. Before the man could get up Capazzo was already pumping his body full of hot lead. With each shot the man's body flinched. Capazzo fired shot after shot. You could do what you wanted with him, but his woman, that was a whole different story. Capazzo was relentless on the trigger. After a few seconds he stopped and spit on the man. He then walked past his body and leaned into through the window. He gave Charlie a kiss on the forehead and spoke. "Soooo how's it going babe?" Capazzo smiled as he took a quick glance over at Woltrazz... |

The truck suddenly started moving as he couldn't see what was going on outside while he was in the back. He looked at the Browning Automatic Rifle which was laying in front of him, equipped with a ammo drum. Loud noises came from outside and he couldn't place if it was the other truck backfiring or bullets that were swerving. He thought by himself "Really need some maintenance on these......" A bullet tore a hole in the panel not far from him. "Oh never mind then". "Fuckin' hell" he mumbled after which he spotted Capazzo in the distance taking some men out as he started to run out of nowhere. His eyes were finally adjusted to the light outside after coming out the dark truck and didn't hesitate to lay down covering fire for Capazzo. The gun worked like a dream firing one shot after the other in a noise that only can be described as musical. While laying covering fire he hit a few of Botticelli's men after which a "click" noise was heard. Woltrazz didn't hesitate an duck to cover directly swapping out the drum. In the process he lit up a cigarette and decided it was time to push forward. He peeked around the pile of stacked steel he was taking cover behind. Woltrazz got up again with a cigarette on his lip grinning a little and started to light up the place again with a tremendous amount of bullets while walking forward slowly to push Botticelli's back some more until the next "click". "Fifty bullets already?" He though by himself as he took cover once more looking over to Capazzo. Most of Botticelli's men were down by now or the chickens ran. He didn't know but Woltrazz was grinning with the cigarette on his lip swapping out mags once more. |

I took a smoke from my newly purchased cuban cigar and I look at the M1 Thompson sitting on the floor to the right. Inside to my far left is Wrench and he seems to be ready to start this thing already. As well pull up I can hear the rounds hitting the truck and ricocheting off it's exterior. It started, I think to myself. I hold the cigar in my mouth and go to the doors of the truck and kick it open. I jump on the gravel of the road and I see Capazzo and Masqcharile clearing out the men beheind us. I turn around and see some men by the gate and they are firing at a constant rate. I wait a few seconds before I hear the beautiful sound of silence and I know they are reloading. I move forward holding the M! in my hip and firing as I move closer to the gate. Two of the shooters fall back as there body is ravished with bullets as they fall down onto the road. This gives me enough time to head for some cover beheind _____. I look over (around) and see two more men by the gate still firing at us. I pop my head over for a mere second and quickly lower it as a magazine is shot in my direction. I use some of my blind fire and then I hear a scream come from one of the men. Wow that actually hit, I am not complaining. I get up and fire a shot that lands hitting the mobster in the neck and he falls back hard on his head. His neck continues to ooze with blood as he tries to cover his wound with his hands. His hands begin to cover in his own blood. I move slowly and across the road to the man. I take out my Magnum in my pocket and place it on his forehead. "Goodbye". BANG Some nearby crows fly away I wave to Wrench and too the rest of the family to move closer. I continue to check to see if any guards are approaching, it seems clear for now. |

Rocking back and forth in the back of a dark truck was not the kind of Friday afternoon that was promised by Capazzo, when he said come join him create a fresh syndicate the likes this world has never seen. With the straightest face Wrench just sat there watching Frankie flinch in beat with the ricochet vibrations hitting the truck. Wrench on the other hand, using what god gave him, or failed to give him -depending on how you look at it. Sat there thinking about which colour he would prefer his office to be painted, being deaf never felt so bliss. Bright flashes along with the dim daylight from the sunset flooded the truck when Frankie kicked open the back doors. Closing his eyes for a moment to counter-act the blindness. Wrench seemed to have missed most of the fun, as he watched the young mafioso -Frankie- unloading lead towards the Botticelli' across the way. Sticking to script and focusing on why they were here. Wrench with a crowbar this time, cracked open the near-by crates. The straw filled crates had machine guns, grenades, dynamite, rifles, and small arms - exactly how the Intel group pictured it. Almost lost in his own silence Wrench flinched as a bullet ricochets off one of the grenade filled crates. Turning around, he saw the gun fight wasn't over yet. Unable to grab Frankie attention Wrench lobbed a piece of near-by wood hitting Frankie in the leg making him turn his attention to Wrench. Who pointed out the crates and then the truck. They both started grabbing each side of the crates one-by-one and loaded the truck up, as the driver kept cover. Once the last crate was loaded and Frankie slammed shut the door. Wrench gave the signal to the driver with three distinctive thuds on the inside metal framing. Then the truck pulled away rather speedily as the two bounced around off the crates in the back. |

Everything is going according to plan, as far as Rumrunner knows. Honestly, the whole world could have blown up and she would have had no idea, sitting in the back of the truck, Roadrunner by her side and a bag at his feet. Hearing gunfire, she sees Roadrunner pull his gun out, readying it at the back door while she grips the crowbar tight in her hands. The truck lurches to a stop before backing up, coming to a complete stop. It seems like as good a time as any to vacate the vehicle. She waits for Roadrunner to kick the back doors open before rushing out into the warehouse, crowbar in hand, heading for the stack of crates. A bullet whizzes by, missing her but shattering the crate three feet in front of her. At least she won't need to pry that one open. |

Roadrunner sits in the back of the truck that Charlie had gotten from who knows where; she is a very resourceful lady. The truck is not moving while they are waiting for the signal from Charlie. Suddenly the truck starts moving. Roadrunner is calm, he knows things could go wrong and one or more of the family could get hurt or killed, however he is collected knowing that the job must be done. He was recently promoted and wants to show the boss he was a good choice. As the truck stops Roadrunner kicks the door open and jumps out. After looking around he sees that the shooting is towards the back of the warehouse. He quickly puts away his gun and runs for the crates, flinching as a bullet flies past hitting one of the crates ahead of them. He runs to the crate Rum has already opened, grabbing one end as he leads the way back to the truck. Once the crates are loaded he waits. When Rumrunner and the others are back in the trucks he turns to run deeper into the warehouse. He finds the spot he is looking for. Reaching into his bag he pulls out an already set up package of TNT, being very careful as he places it, hearing Rumrunner calling. He does not look back. Once done he turns and runs to the truck saying "Let's go, now!" Rumrunner gives the signal and they pull away with the doors still open; he can not miss the show. About a minute later there is an explosion, not too large, just enough to distract any would-be follower but not do any damage to nearby buildings. Content, he sits back, closing the doors. It was done. His first big heist. |

Charlie stared at Capazzo with consternation, "Really? In the middle of a gun heist?!?!" Capazzo grinned at her and opened her door. It was obvious the car would not be going with them when they left. Climbing out she checked the progress of their little band of robbers. One truck was already starting to pull away from the warehouse. "Come on, we are going to have to catch our ride out of here." She reached back into the car to grab her gun. She groaned at the thought of having to leave her new clutch behind. She had just picked it up in New York two days ago. Unfortunately she was going to need one hand to hang onto the truck and the other one to hang onto her gun. Standing back up straight, Capazzo took hold of her left hand and ran to meet the trucks. The second truck was now pulling away from the warehouse and heading their way. Turning back a bit she leveled her gun at the man that was still handcuffed to the car. Their eyes locked. "I told you I would kill again." Pulling the trigger she put a single slug into the man's heart. At the same instance that her gun fired there was an explosion in the warehouse. "Well that was not part of the original plan," she told Capazzo though they had no time to discuss the matter further. The trucks were making the turn out of the parking lot and onto the street. Johnny slowed his lead truck down just enough to allow them to jump onto the passenger side running board. As they sped away, Charlie looked at Capazzo. Her hair was blowing in the wind, but his did not move. She smiled at him, "Our first of many, darling. CCS welcomes the new age." |
