Back in November, just before the fall of Detroit, Godfather Varys sent out a Citizen's Survey link via mob mail and asked folks to (either anonymously or by leaving their username) share their opinions on their crew leadership, the city, and the Godfather.  Those who left their names were entered to win prizes by a drawing.  :)
