Raymond Patriaca needs a suite for himself and his lady.  He also needs three other suites for three of his "friends" the Manhattan District Attorney, the Deputy Under Secretary of the United States Treasury, and the junior United States Senator from New York.  Raymond assumes that the rooms, champagne, tables for the evening show for all 8 in the party will not be a problem?  He wants to let you know ShoNuff that he is extremely excited about the Hotel and all of it's promise. I'd like to book the Penthouse Suite. I will be checking in on Thursday for a long weekend, checking out on Sunday. 

A few amenities that I require:

Extra security outside my door

Housekeeping services 2 times per day. One for general cleaning and one for evening turn down service

I'd like to reserve Thanksgiving dinner reservations for myself and 39 crew members and I'd like to add two more. Those two would be Duke Ellington and Billie Holiday both of whom I'd like to be seated at my table. 

A handwritten request on fine, floral print stationery arrived with the afternoon mail postmarked from The Bronx.

It is with pleasure and anticipation that Miss Flores informs you of her intent to attend the Grand Opening of Sugar Hill Hotel. 
Miss Flores, et al will require three adjoining suites for four nights each, including a luxury upgrade package for the central room (2 guests) with event tickets, champagne, et cetera. Chocolate, fresh pomegranate, and/or fresh pitaya would be greatly appreciated. The side suites are for personal security personnel only and require no special services. Payment for the rooms is enclosed. Should further settlement be needed for the requested amenities, please contact Miss Flores at La Sala Cultiva. 

I am sorry to announce that the Hotel is filling up fast and there are no more Suites available.  You can be placed on a waiting list.

We do have some on hold for Crew Leaders.  However, they will be released on Tuesday afternoon if not confirmed.

After receiving a personal invitation to the grand opening of the Sugar Hill Hotel of Manhattan, Danny rushed to the courier to get his RSVP. Filling it out on the finest of stationary, stamped with the Leviathan Cross at the bottom, he penned the following;

Alanna ran up the stairs to Olympia's office, knocking three times, sharply. She waited for what seemed like forever before Olympia told her she could come inside. Opening the door, she looked around the dimly lit room, noting that Olympia had apparently been taking a brief nap on the couch. She gave Olympia the telegram that had just been delivered, and waited while Olympia read it over. 

Olympia said, "Tell them I will definitely take them up on that suite that was reserved for me, and that I'm excited about the chance to go to the new hotel! I'll stay two total days, arriving on the twenty-third, mid-afternoon. Thank you Alanna. Sorry it took me awhile to let you in. I guess I fell asleep reading my book!"

Alanna smiled and nodded, saying, "I'll get that telegram out right away. And no need to apologize. I understand that you get tired! Talk to you soon!"

She left the office, shutting the door behind her, then walked down the hall to her own office where she wrote out a reply telegram to the one sent by Shonuff's assistant.

Arrival Date will be the 23rd, mid-afternoon, and Olympia will stay until mid-afternoon on the 25th. She would like to say thank you for the reserved suite, and that she looks forward to the experience!

When she finished writing, she put the telegram into an envelope, stuck it shut with a wax stamp, addressed the front with the proper name and address, and then took it downstairs to put it in the mailbox for the next morning's post. 

A well dressed woman in her mid twenties enters the hotel and makes her way to the front desk.  Nails, known to most in Chicago as being MasqCharlie's most closely held associate, will ask that an envelope be given to ShoNuff.  Inside the envelope is a letter.

On a piece of personal stationary, Charlie had wrote with a small and neat print:

From the Home of Capazzo and Charlie,

Capazzo and I would very much like to thank you for your kind, personal invitation to attend the grand opening of your hotel.  Unfortunately we will not to be able to attend at this time as we will be spending some time with our family here in Chicago during for the Thanksgiving holiday.  However, we very much would like to reserve a suite next weekend as we will be in town to do some shopping for the upcoming wedding.

Sineya strode across her office to the desk, her dirty blonde hair flying wildly behind her, she had tried to tame it that morning but it was being particularly stubborn today. Sitting down she fumbled through the desk drawers until she found something to tie back her hair. Looking through her mail she came across an invitation to the grand opening of a new hotel - Sugar Hill Hotel. Pulling out her good stationary she penned her reply.

Carefully folding the letter and sealing it in an envelope, Sineya called a courier and had it dispatched at once.  

Villain was going through his stash of letters on his desk when one of them caught his eye. This one looked different from the others. He took it on his hand and started unrapping it to find out it was a invite! He couldn't miss this so he grabed one of the pens he could find and started filling the form out.
