Train walks out the alley pissed!
He kicks over a trashcan and punches a kid.
One side of the crowd is yelling, "Kill those MIAs! Do it now! Catch the hitman not looking, and boom handle it for me"
The other side is yelling, "Give him 10 minutes, no give him 30"
I say shoot his ass the minute he steps off thugs corner onto gangster street. But see here's where the confusion begins. It's like some people are making the shooting of MIAs convenient for what best suits themselves. Some cities we have clear cut rules on the subject. In other cities there are no rules on the subject. Afterall, why are we still following the rules of 2 dead GFs? Spacemountain and Gwarble to be exact.
Personally, I never really understood waiting to see if someone else was going to kill a guy before I took a shot. So-what you paid money for the contract?? If you can't handle it in due time theirs always someone who can. Who are we to say, "Don't kill that unsponsored gangster who's ready to be killed". People we're starting to live in a piss poor society, with piss poor rules, and alot of piss poor people enforcing them. This has become a piss poor situation.
I say we do away with all rules regarding shooting gangsters, which would include MIAs and -48s. Also we should do away with the protection of unsponsered members during times of war. The only people that should be able to place protection on unsponsered is the CL that killed the unsponsered leader. Not some family in the same city or another city. I consider that Honors Whoring 101 the advance class. No different than catching civilians straight off the boat.
KILL, KILL, KILL.....
Fucking peace paraders!! |

"So-what you paid money for the contract?? If you can't handle it in due time theirs always someone who can."
So what if someone else paid money for a contract? My friend, remember who you are talking about here. You're talking about mobsters. Mobsters are the people least likely to appreciate someone else taking money out of their pocket. That's essentially what you are doing when you fulfill a contract that someone else has taken. So, you say "so what?". If you don't mind stealing from a member of the mob, then I guess "so what".
As far as "handling it in due time", I thought that's why we had the half hour time limit for the hired hitman to fulfill the contract? Isn't a half hour "due time"? Are you so high strung that you can't give a guy a half hour to do a job?
Let's cut through all the bullcrap, though. The bottom line is that people who don't like these limits are basically a bunch of cheap bastards who don't want to pay for their own contracts. We are men of honor here. High rollers. Big tippers. Men of an affluent lifestyle. Cheap bastards belong with the bums in the gutter, not among men of honor. |

Tip's his hat towards FakeManCP
I couldn't agree more, moreover when i buy something I don't accept or appreciate having to BATTLE people to get the thing i bought? If i wanted to do that I would find these gangsters that I have heard people call "Ias" as they are inactive and go and battle people for them. How about this next time you buy a nice new car, I will race you and if i get in first its mine. |

You sound like the offspring of this other guy I knew Fakeman or are you the real one?
I understand where you're coming from though. I would assume I'm the cheap bustard you're talking about, but it's not even the money part about it.
It's the part of just imagining the other mobsters face when he raises his gun to shoot or when he's reloading calmly only to see someone blocking his shot on a MIA. I've felt this feeling many times before, but I never cried about it. I waited patiently to do the same to the next mobster.
You're right though guys. We have rules and they must be abided by even if they're piss poor. Though I still think they should have died with the founders because it's funny how it was never a problem b4. I could also say that the rules came about to stop the whining of those that couldn't get off their fat ass quick enough to kill the guy they took a contract on. Either way I guess it was to stop the whiners.
Thanks for the input Fake Man. |

Gene forces a laugh before interrupting
I think what G-Train meant to say Gene puts an arm around G-Trains shoulders and continues was something along the lines of 'I don't agree with the rules that are in place within New York but I respect the fact that it's up to TheDean to decide what he wants to do with the city.' Isn't that right son?
Gene pulls G-Train back into his HQ before adding over his shoulder..
I'm sure he will be back out here shortly to agree with me.. |
