I agree with this, if it is view only. After all it would be easy to phone your HQ and get an update on your business interests back home.

Most definetly shouldnt break the realism of allowing post from another city, However being able to view the post would be helpful in monitoring your business districts and i think may help your city keep an eye on it more an push it. 

I would LOVE the idea of a District or City based forms be good for our Cls and godfather to interact with just the City or Districts post info and etc instesd of mass mails and city/district discussions roleplays think would make for a better involvement over all...

xp maybe only offer xp based only when your in your city like business district gives vision for that city? that could be acceptable right? Just everyone needs to hold the spam accountable.

This surely has my vote. Although, I would only want the option to view and not post unless you are in that city.

With recent discussions regarding wanting to see stories move to the BDs and the streets be more a place for auth announcements, safe listing announcements, and actual discussions ... maybe this topic isn't a bad one to revisit.

If we want to encourage a natural movement towards a separation (and I'm not saying we do... but if) perhaps Squishy's suggestion here isn't a bad one?  If writers could reach the BD from anywhere, I think they'd be more inclined to use it as opposed to putting their stories in the streets.

I think a part of the reason people choose to post stories in the streets rather than BDs comes down to the practical reason that a lot of us are constantly traveling and it's impractical to start a storyline in NYC when you know it'll be 12 hours or more before you can come back to read and reply.  

Just a thought.

I actually think this would be a great addition! Like Tamsyn said it's alot of the reason why people use the streets rather than a BD but if I always had access to the Chicago BD then I would be much more likely to use it.
