| As the doc sets up a box form witch to speak from a small crowd appears “I now see that right now one thing needs to happen. Our god fathers need to focus on one city and only one. I have seen godfathers stretch in to other city’s and then get guned down by the ones they set as the city’s gf , when we try to exspand in to other city’s it costs us one thing we all want power once someone is a godfather they are The Godfather to that city NOT the whole country we need to start rebuilding if we are ever to get out of this state. To a place we’re godfathers don’t have to worry about other city’s coming in wiping it and starting to “rebuild it” then wiping it clean. So if The Godfather’s can agree I preopse something, something that would require a lot of people and trust, open all closed city’s back up and allow anyone to go there and try there luck on there own ( with there cls auth and the city’s godfather that there trying to set up in) so I ask who thinks we can do this?” | |

One could say that this is already the case. The only thing that's technically stopping anyone from setting up an HQ in an empty city is the fear of being killed by stronger leaders from an established one. The only thing that "authorizes" anyone to set up is the power of protection by established crews and cities. |

| That may be true about peace but I'm taking about peace between city's not just crews and if that's the case with other city's then I encourage others to make it clear that the are not rouges and set up because if we don't start we may never move forward | |

Sluggishly walking down the streets Insomnia stops. Cupping his hand over his mouth he lets out a long, drawn out yawn. Finding himself stopped in front of a small crowd gathered around some young man speaking. Listening in he waits for the right moment before speaking. I'd say Dog nailed it pretty well so I'll just nit pick from what I heard. You say they are the Godfather of that city and not the "whole country" while that may be true but what kind of Godfather would they be if they weren't concerned about the state of affairs in the other cities when they hear about their members constantly being attacked, disrespected, killed while visiting said city? Sometimes your left with having no other choice but to remove the issue before it comes back and bites you in the ass. It seems your looking for some sort of peace but for how long? As it seems now, things are pretty peaceful between the cities while expanding and rebuilding. Maybe even possible future plans for the empty cities/districts as well, hell who knows. But I don't know if I personally could see a day where one wouldn't even vaguely consider the possible threat of someone else they did or didn't know gunning for them one day. If you really feel Godfathers should only be thinking about their city and only that then why would they even consider this idea? It seems a bit out of their jurisdiction no? Sometimes it takes a community of Godfathers working together authorizing trusted members to expand into the empty cities. |
