Charlie strolls out of his new Los Angeles headquarters, Looking around he lights a cigar and inhales, enjoying the oaky taste of a fresh Cuban and the sight of the Los Angeles sky line.

In light of The recent move to LA I undertook along side Magua and the rest of the Black Creek confederacy, myself and Magua discussed the possibility of authing me in Los Angeles as a captain. I had to put some thought into this as it is a big step but I can say in all honesty that I am not only ready but im proud to be taking this step forward. Without any further ado id like to introduce my family, La Famiglia Della Liberazione. Firstly id like to thank Magua for giving me this opportunity but id also like to assure you that we are committed to raising Los Angeles to its former glory. As I said we are in the early stages and hope to be fully operational very soon. My family, most notably my great Grandfather has been apart of former LA crime families and as such I feel that qualifies me to run a successful family here.


Charlie pauses and takes out a small half empty bottle of whisky and takes a huge gulp finishing it off.


I look forward to this new era for Los Angeles and would like to thank all of those who have been so supportive in these very early stages...
