Cathy Parks walks into the Streets purposefully and looks for a crate. She signals some of her button men who pull it up into the centre of the Street. They then go to the ends of the road to stop traffic any traffic from entering. Stepping onto the crate, Cathy lights a cigarette before pulling out a piece of paper from the inside of her trenchcoat. She inhales deeply and begins to speak. "I just received a telegram from Signore Oliver McTavish right here." Cathy holds up a piece of paper above her head. "As most of you will have realised right now, two of the families of the Six Cities have gone to the mattresses and are fighting as I speak. And just moments ago, I received word that Gaara, one of the Bosses in New York, was murdered in his sleep. "These are obviously difficult times for the community. However, I would like to make it known that if anyone is caught shooting a homeless person with a tag on their clothes, or some kind of markings that show they were from the Alcoholics Anonymous family, they will find themselves at the bottom of the nearest river. "I understand that with these sorts of policies, it is close to impossible to police every shot. But if someone witnesses you shooting one of these homeless, then you will be taken care of. I respectfully ask that you holster your gun and resist that temptation. "The same also goes for the outcome of the war that is currently ongoing. If you shoot a tagged homeless person, and are not in one of the warring families, then there will be punishment. "I come here to speak out of concern for the community and hope that most of you will listen and understand that bodies piling up is detrimental to This Thing of Ours. If you have any questions, you may voice them here. Or if you are feeling unsure of yourself, speak to your Boss before you shoot, not after. "Grazie." |

iFEARu steps onto a soapbox. My father was killed just now, TATTOO AND ALL... I'm wondering, how long till you people realize that as long as you let Oliver live, this will continue to happen. They will continue to 'prune' the bush any time it grows, to prevent any competition. They will act like that's not the plan, but sit back for a minute and think about it. It's the BEST STRATEGICAL PLAN in this world of ours. The best thing you people can do, is to RISE UP, and put an end to the Oliver McTavish dictatorship. If you don't, one day, maybe not today, but guaranteed one day, that crews bullet will find itself inside your head. Wake up people. Put down the rabid dog. iFEARu steps off of the soapbox, ready to be shot for speaking the truth. |

I remember reading about when people were encouraged to rise up similarly against Anita. I can't quite recall the end result though. Did it go well? |

Oliver_McTavish is still alive though, so his 'plan' obviously must be working. We all have a way of doing things, Oliver's is obviously a little different to other people's, but you are right, it is the best strategic plan, and Oliver is doing it perfectly. |

| Aye i must say, Oliver is Don so what he is doing is obviously working. Now it sucks for those of us under that great gun of his, but would you do anything different? The answer is no. | |
