When you have a very very high base info (start up answers + hustle points spent on it), you have a slightly less chance on being fully stealthed on when you are pick pocketed. |

I imagine raising your Stealth past the natural base slightly negates this overall? |

Would it negate it if the person they are trying raised their info past the natural base as well? |
