| Top Ten Desirable traits of a Crew Member | Started by: Promise on Dec 21, '17 00:17 |

What constitutes a valuable member to your crew? A person worthy of being kept? Are all people who are brought into your crew valuable assets? Are only those who prefer to keep their donations up part of your elect? Those who seek to build their marksmanship skill are undoubtedly some of those who are invited deeper into the upper echelons of a crew but what about those who intentionally go about not training their weapon so they can keep you and others safe risking their own lives and careers to further yours? Here we will look at the Top Ten characteristics of a valuable member to any crew. The following ten traits are what separate a person who fills your crew to a person who raises it to new heights.
1. Loyalty. 2. Knowledge. 3. Work Ethic. 4. Ancestry. 5. Earner. 6. Gun Builder. 7. Conversationalist. 8. Intelligent. 9. Ambitious. 10. Respectable.
What i would like you to do is to put yourself in the seat of a Crew leader and change out one of the ten listed traits above for one of your own. If you were to rearrange the list or put some other trait in, what would it be and where would it go? This is completely dependent on your views. If you would like to keep the list the way it is tell us why you would place such an importance on one of the listed traits. Read through your parents journals if this makes this more of an experience for you and then explain your decisions. Some other helpful traits to write down may be: Honest. Trustworthy. Humble. Natural Leader. Enthusiastic. Humorous. If this is enable to you all, i would like to continue to update with regular list of TOP TENS. I will discern that based on the reaction of the greater community. Questions as to why i listed my top ten are more than welcome as well. |

TheBearJew I have to be honest i debated on putting fun in myself. I really feel as though it is such a desirable trait. I think that is a good addition and one worthy of contention. You removed ancestry to put that in and i believe that says a lot about you as a person. Very good! |

Thank you, Promise. I like to believe when a man or woman is killed and their offspring come into the scene that they are a new person, and while family traits can be a thing I do not believe they are the rule, I have this philosophy of I will sit with any man or woman and have a beer with them, once. Also if you dont get along with person would you trust them to have your back? I suppose I am very fortunate to be with an amazing family considering how many people have been talking about family quality or sometimes the lack there of. |

| I don't think knowledge or ancestry should be in there but only because I at about new players like myself. Am still learning about the game and how it all works and I have one ancestor which was my father and he didn't do anything of importance because he didn't have the knowledge to. | |

Thats a great point,1HCL1, I think you could say potentially knowledge or the willingness to learn. The first of my family were very ignorant to the world and did not go far because of that. Thankfully they had solid crews that tried to help them through their stupidity. |
