I understand sometimes war just kicks off over trivial things or someone's just on a power trip but why is it no one WILL explain why it kicked off but your still expected to help out during. Am all for helping my CL, his hands, my crew, my city and also allies but is it to much to ask for a reason as to why it kicked off in the first place?

I don't know. But what I do know is that Capazzo was the saltiest person I ever killed. This guy put 500 credits on my head. LOL He better pay up too.

Report Post Tip
Ask him if he's going to pay he's got a kin floating about some where.
Report Post Tip

He's around trust me.

Report Post Tip
Yeah I know was speaking to him a couple of hours ago

Report Post Tip

No one contacted me telling me about the hit so i could give the money/credits to Squishy prehand. Last night I was game but i had no takers unfortunately, today was war/takeover/wipe/cleanse/purge/whatever term you'd like to use.

This current atmosphere has a no reason to the masses thingy. I like reasons given. Helps to keep a eye on things and has me more invested. Without one it feels like watching a movie... Except I am blind, and can just make out odd shapes and shit on the TV screen.

My friend, war happens. In this world it happens alot.
Sometimes we are informed, some times we are not. It's just the way things go.
Reguardless of reasoning and explanations far beyond our ranks privy firstly and foremostly we are soldiers. When we become made, there should be a clear understanding that orders are followed without hesitation or question, it is not our right to know why we are ordered to do the things we do. Just trust that those set with the power of command are keeping us safe, and without us to follow the orders they can not achieve this.
The best thing to do in these situations is to not ask questions. If we are supposed to know then we will be told, just continue to honour your oath, honour your family and above all else... Honour the dead, wether they were friend or foe.

All this tells me is not only does capazzo cry like a bitch when he dies, he’s also not a man of his word.

You could also make the argument that the 'commanders' on both sides were killed in the fighting. An ally or a former captain can hardly give the reasons. The only option would be for the fallen to speak out. For now, though, I think the focus should be on rebuilding.

Pimp, I like your loyalty and think it is honerable but this is a game bud. And even in real life people ask questions as to why they are fighting wars. And many a real life solider loses trust in their governing bodies after they realize the bullshit reasons they have been fighting for and losing friends for all the while. Many a solider becomes disillusioned once they understand the fighting was for greed and lies, instead of honour and serving to protect. For power hungry moves, instead of keeping people safe.

I think being a blind puppet is the wrong way to go about it. Because in reality people fight for causes and reasons, not because they are robots without a brain. Humans have thoughts and emotions, and need to be stirred into action through inspiring leadership, not just 'because'.

Loyalty is based on trust. Trust is built from honesty. Without honest people behind the scenes as leaders, inspiring their members through worthy legitimate causes, you just have sheep dogs rounding up a bunch of sheep to be slaughtered. I like to think I mean more to my leaders. But those that cant be honest and communicate, they cant be trusted. Games immitate real life, and this way of doing things without proper honest communication is shady as fuck.

War... has changed. It's no longer about nations, ideologies, or ethnicity. It's an endless series of proxy battles fought by mercenaries and machines. War — and its consumption of life, has become a well-oiled machine. War has changed. ID-tagged soldiers carry ID-tagged weapons, use ID-tagged gear. Nano-machines inside their bodies enhance and regulate their abilities. Genetic control, information control, emotion control, battlefield control. Everything is monitored and kept under control. War - has changed. The age of deterrence has become the age of control. All in the name of averting catastrophe from Weapons of Mass Destruction and he who controls the battlefield, controls history. War, has changed. When the battlefield is under total control, war becomes routine.

Of course if I had shot Mandy, I would collect the bounty and then ask Capazzo to say no one came forward to claim it. Lol
