It's been five years since Topcat went inside. He was pinched at the Canada-US border with a truckload of Booze back in 1928. They got him on bootlegging, and a bunch of other charges like murder, extortion, and robbery. He did his time in the Michigan State Penitentiary and became a free man a week ago.

"THIS IS THE FBN COME ON OUT WITH YOUR HANDS UP TOPCAT"

Topcat escaped from prison a week ago. He was on the run and found a place to stay with some chick he used to date from New York that moved to some small town in Michigan. Topcat rushed across the room to the sofa where he found his .38 pistol hidden underneath one of the cushions. The girl he was staying with was shocked and had no idea what was going on.

"What's going on?"

"Uhh...a couple of old friends of mine with a very sick sense of humor."

"Why don't you invite them in?"

"Look baby I gotta go. I'm gonna pick up some drinks for our unannounced guests why don't you go out to the hallway and see if there's anybody there."

Topcat is pacing up and down the apartment. Thinking about how he's gonna get out of this mess when he opens the door to a closet that doesn't look like a closet but had a big hole going down probably all the way down to the basement.

"What's this?"

"Some old chute that goes down to the basement. I don't use it at all just a waste of space really."

Topcat gets inside the closet

"Why are you getting in there?"

"You got all your lights on baby but there ain't nobody home. Go out to the hallway and tell my friends I said hi."

Topcat went down the chute to the basement. It was dark and full of rats he saw a door and went outside. He was at the back of the apartment building the FBN were on the other side. There was a bicycle and Topcat took it as he pedaled away he heard the FBN storming the building.

"ALRIGHT TOPCAT YOUR TIME IS UP WERE MOVING IN."

By the time the FBN moved in Topcat was gone.
