Instead of having a 5 minute timer, can it be possible to require us to enter a code instead? Sucks accidentally clicking that thing when you're trying to grind out XP

Yea, 5 minutes is a long time, especially when you put a credit into the lockdown. You miss out on all your 20s :(

I'm assuming the reason this isn't the case is because as opposed to Petty crimes which ask for a simple captcha every 10ish times or so (never counted), jails happen much more often. You'd have to enter a captcha every 3 minutes if you were busting out every 20 seconds. (Assuming a captcha around every 10th bust. That'd be a pain in the ass as opposed to a captcha every 20-25 minutes with a Petty.

Again, this is just an assumption. I have no clue.

I was thinking more along the lines of if you accidentally hit the "Dont Click This" button, instead of being a 5 minute cooldown, they require you to type in a captcha code and you get a regular 20 second timer

Makes sense to me.

Yo' if you hold down the mouse after an accidentally click, you won't miss-click. Just hold down the mouse, and click another person. Simple.

Ive done this a bunch already misclicking from my mobile phone. With the text so small, its very easy to do.

Another possibility is when the Dont Click This button is clicked, you get a secondary pop up first, before a re-route, saying something like "Script Checking blah blah, be careful", with a chance to X out and sort of 'cancel' the click.

A script isnt going to account for this.  Then if someone does it so many times, they may well be scripting, so hit em with the big timer?
