The City had been busy. People were moving around in Sin City and money had been changing hands left, right and center. The mobsters were making their cash of course, however, the City itself was now starting to see profit too. The coffee shops, the brokers, the banks, the retail spots, everywhere was seeing the rewards of a growing population in Las Vegas.

This meant, there was an opportunity for something grand. An operation of a larger scale to take place. A chance for the Mafia families across America to work together to perform a job as a unit.

LAS VEGAS presents

-THE CHRISTMAS GRAND HEIST-

In a quiet spot in LV, a luxury black limo pulled up. From within, out came Villain, Chromatik and Danny. All three leaders of families within LV took center stage and sat down. Following close behind was NME, RHM of Extortion. With a nod to the three powerful mob bosses, he approached the front and began to address the crowd who had assembled to hear the announcement.

"Ladies and Gentlemen, thank you all for joining us here."

"A number of discussions have been held in private between the three LV families and we are happy to come before you today to inform you of an event that we have organised. An event unlike any other, a widescale operation for the mob families to work together and perform a 5 bank heist simultaneously. To rob the riches from the largest deposits within Sin City, the home of Casinos and gambling."

Turning, he noticed that a few of the mobsters at the front began already whispering to each other, keen to hear more, understanding the profit that could be made raiding the vaults of such an infamous City like Vegas.

"So, on with the details."

"We have 5 boxes, each one containing a random reward. The contents have been recorded and date logged for future verification purposes. A two man team from any City will pick a bank to rob and then they will be required to tell their story of the heist and how it went. Once done, they will receive the contents of the box corresponding to the bank that they successfully stole from."

"Last but not least. Villain, Chromatik and Danny will be acting at judges for this event. The individual that has the most detailed explaination, the most effort put in, will receive an extra grand prize on top." Looking to his left, he smiled at the Corrupt Agent stood on the stage, one who appeared to already have two suitcases full of potential profit even though they were new under LV's employment.

Nodding to the staff in attendance, they began handing out flyers to the mobsters.

Summary Details

• 5 x 2 man teams (One for the intro to the job, second for the heist completion)
• Each team selects their bank and contacts NME to register their place in the heist
• If a team is accepted but doesnt participate in a suitable timeframe, their bank may be offered to a reserve team
• Rewards are handed out upon successful heist completion of all the banks
• Best report wins a bonus special prize

 "We thank you for your time and look forward to hearing from anyone who wishes to take on the Vegas banks! In the event of us receiving an overwhelming interest, we may locate more banks to add to this operation."

Tipping his hat to the crowd, he turned and nodded to the three Las Vegas leaders, heading back to the Limo with them as they made their way back to their HQ's.

Numbers stood and listened to what NME had to say. He'd not been back in Vegas long, but had many years of experience when it came to robbing banks across Sin City. 

He turned to his friend High-Society and nodded. The pair hadn't worked together much, but they already enjoyed a mutual understanding. They'd enter this competition, and they'd target the Town & Country Bank on South Rainbow Boulevard. It was a place they had been meaning to target anyway and now they had a better reason to do so. 

He offered High-Society a cigarette whilst he motioned for one of NME's henchmen to approach. When he did, he whispered something in his ear and he promptly scurried off with what ever information Numbers had passed to him. 

Numbers was beginning to get excited...
