Olympia was seated at her desk, looking over a blueprint of Los Angeles. She was putting pins on the paper, into her desk, of buildings that could possibly be used to help with expanding LA. She knew that the city had to keep growing, and she knew these buildings were the perfect spots for people to plant their families; their members.

Just then, Aislin walked into her office with a smile on her face. She was always so happy. Olympia wished she could just always be that happy; that purposeful.

"Just the woman I wanted to see," she said to Aislin. "Have a seat. This is pretty important but I know you'll be excited."

She pointed to the building a few blocks away from her own that she had pinned on the blueprints and said, "This building is perfect. You think?"

Aislin looked at the page, baffled, before looking back up at Olympia and saying, "Perfect for what?"

"Well," she responded. "Perfect for your family. Los Angeles is growing, and I need someone to set up to bring in even more people to this city. And I want that person to be you. Are you up to that?"

Aislin beamed and almost jumped up out of her seat as she said, "I'm definitely up to that! You have no idea! And in my family's line, we've never done this before, so bear with me. I'll be asking a lot of questions!"

Olympia laughed and said, "That's perfectly fine. I would be concerned if you DIDN'T ask questions, since this is the first time your line has had the chance to lead a family! And I'm glad to be the one giving you the chance! So whenever you're ready, you can head out to this building. By the time you get there, I'll have the deal sealed and it will be in your name! This is your dream so.. I wish you luck. I know you will absolutely kill this!"

"You have been the best boss a girl could ever want or need. Thank you so much for seeing the promise within, it truly means a lot to me to know that you would put your faith in me. I owe so much to you and I am so very thankful for you.

I will lead as you've shown me. With integrity, a whole lot of grit, a helluva' lot of spirit, and nothing short of abundance of love for your family.

Thank you so much for giving me this opportunity." With slightly teary eyes I hugged my friend and boss.

Olympia hugged Aislin back tightly, feeling the warmth of the kind words she had just said to her. 

She said, "I know you will do all of that and even more. I'm glad to have had you in my crew. You have done so much for me and, honestly, I couldn't have chosen a better person! I know you will make me proud, as you always have, when you go on this adventure on your own! You will quickly have a family full of people that love and respect you, just like I have! So go out there and get started!"

   Having known Aislin's Bloodline for generations now, Carnival had little choice but to go over and be present at her ascension at crew leader position.

   A bright cheerful smile, one that Carnival recognizes very well appears on her face. Carnival shakes his head with a smile on his face as he moves a step forward and in succession picking up the pace going towards Aislin to give her a deserved hug.

"You did good this time around, Lina. Aside all the bullshit you made it this far, i'm watching your next step, bet others are too - take it easy and think things through before you make them from now on."

   Leans his head a little bit closer to her ear to whisper a few words of encouragement along with a joke or two and then lets go. Waves a goodbye at her as he makes his way out of the building they were in and out in the streets of Downtown, LA.
