I am assuming this has to do with LV being empty. Because when I look around I see all cities active in someway. NY, LA, PHI and even DT is seeing some activity. Only place I see empty now is Vegas so I am going to make what I think is a very accurate assumption that this is out of anger because LV is inactive at the moment. So now the bloodlines of those who got wiped out want to come to the streets and cry about it.

I guess maybe we should all hold hands and sing songs around a fire, maybe never wage war again. Think before you speak!, do you not see what this life is about?.
