This seems like an extremely well thought out conversation, and you know what? I think there's a lot of ways that one could discuss this. I mean, what is a bitch? Is it just a dog without balls? Is it a loving, concerned mother dog caring for her pups? Will we ever truly be able to differentiate the two beings as one? Or are we always just going to be lost? He sighs to break up the sentence so that it isn't a run-on before continuing. What I'm trying to say is, do we know this ship jumper is indeed a bitch? Or is it a male dog? Have we actually had a vet properly check its gender? I once had to figure out if my pet turtle was a boy or a girl and the only way to find out is by shoving a finger into its anal cavity, or so I was told by my uncle. Puffing on a cigarette, he looks into the crowd of folks and folkettes. That's about all I have to say about this subject, but I think it was well put. I can't wait for your next installment of things that you believe make people bitches in your opinion. |

Aislin you offer nothing at all besides a house for members. You have no solid inputs in war, you ancestors have failed at going rogue before you are to put it simply utterly useless. |

Aislin finds a local street vendor and buys popcorn, and walks over to a nearby park bench where she is close enough to watch as well as listen to tonights entertainment
Red, please continue this is fun. However, if your quips and “jokes” do become upto par I will start throwing tomatoes and banana peels at you. |

I see some people, not more then often today but more in the past, people who have tags/lapel pins on their dresses and suits showing a list of the many names of families that they have worked for in the the past and some of these people have survived the demise of thier previous crew members and leaders. Now would that be considered ship jumping? The ones I am talking about are ones who were not around when these wars happened, ones who were inactive for some time now and showed up to thier home HQ's in ruins. Thoughts? |

When I wake up and most, if not all, of the men with green lapels that I used to call 'mates' dead, my home burned down, and a fresh invitation to another chance waiting for me, what am I supposed to do? Take that chance, off myself, or wait till some schmook shoots me? I'd take the chance, personally. |

Well, ship jumping wasn't exactly well defined here, just that the act makes one a bitch, and the type of bitch was also not defined, as I pointed out in my well-crafted response. Is this talking about people who leave their city and go to another? Is this about people who've had their city burned down in a war and rush to the housing of the attackers? Is any person who survives a war a ship jumper? Do you have to know about the war beforehand to be considered a ship jumper or is it just surviving at all that is the negative which makes one a bitch? There are too many questions and not enough answers. But, to answer the new question, in my opinion, someone who wasn't around for their families demise and isn't in a power position shouldn't be expected to die with their family or else why would we need protection orders in the first place? Choose to fight, choose not to fight. It should all be up to the person and is part of what makes this place exciting. |

Thank you for commenting Nozick and Eros as both said here I agree with highly. Ones who woke up many days later from comas, when all the smoke cleared and the sound of shots have stopped several days later. Some then find their home in rubble and to their surprise an open invitation to another family has greeted them. Sadly these people were to late to wake up in time to stand by their family and fight for for their fallen mates but unfortunately they woke up to late, that rhymed btw. But your right why else would we need protection orders. These orders do come in handy for these certain situations and is great to see "us" as a community govern these orders put out and such laws we live by daily. I can only guess to the person who started this conversation earlier, who isn't among us anymore, that was tying to get a point across which in my opinion it might have been what Eros said earlier "the fact someone surviving at all is looked in negative light which makes one a bitch?" Who knows this conversation was not really defined from the start honestly. |
