*A tall man approaches the podium in a freshly pressed suit* Clears throat Ladies and Gentlemen It is my great honor to announce that the 1934 Mafia Series Of Poker (MSOP) will now be accepting entrants. This years competition promises to be very exciting with a guaranteed new champion as all of last years contestants are dead. This means you can look forward to fresh blood in the cut-throat world of Mafia Poker. This year we will be running things a little differently. The competition will hopefully consist of 20 Entrants +-. These contestants will face each other in Heads Up Texas Holdem followed by two tables. Then there will be a final heads up match. This means should there be 20 contestants, Round 1 will consist of 10 Matches, Leaving 10 players remaining. These players will compete in two separate table games of 5 players each. Producing 1 winner per table. These final two players will compete against each other for the grand prize and title of MSOP 1934 Champion. Entrance to the Tournament will be $250,000 per player, meaning this year there will be a Grand Prize of $5,000,000. Dates of the matches are yet to be confirmed. If you wish to enter this years tournament please send a mail through to me so that i may send an application form to you. As a special surprise this years tournament will also be televised on the all new Mafia News and Entertainment Corporation (MNEC). There will be highlights of all the exciting moments of the game play, interviews with players as well as detailed information on player biographies. The MSOP 1934 will be the very first program aired on the MNEC, hopefully the first of many. Should you have any further questions regarding the tournament please feel free to contact me. walks up to this man and listens to what he has to say, once the man finishes, he smiles, how he used to love to play poker, its one of the many things he was taught from his father, but this has made him the best profit Um, excuse me sir, I would like to throw my name in as a participant, I am still short on cash, but soon, I will have what you need for the entry fee.
